Beautiful south-facing mazet, sleeping 6, fully air-conditioned, 62 m² offering a beautiful living room with a fitted kitchen and a loggia with a large bay window opening onto a quiet, wooded garden. Bedroom 1 (160x200) with bathroom and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (2 x 140x190), a baby bed, bathroom and toilet, and a terrace.
All mod cons: 2 TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, plancha, solar shower, etc.
Shared swimming pool and tennis court
Located 2 km from the beaches of Brégançon, Le Lavadou, and La Faviere. Further afield, St. Clair Aiguebelle
Private parking. Bike paths nearby free 4 vintage bikes available

We had a great family time in August, and Christophe was the perfect host, thank you.The house is situated near Cabasson, and well located by car for beaches, supermarkets, petrol, and of course the beautiful Bormes-Les-Mimosas high on the hills north of the A559. We had the advantage of knowing the area well before taking our holiday.The house has a dedicated parking space, and shared access to a swimming pool and tennis court a short walk away - which are essential if the beaches are automatically closed after inclement weather until the water quality can be tested.The house is well equipped with internet, TVs, air-conditioning, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and two large fridge freezers.

Bien

La maison est bien. Il manque quelque rangement à l'étage ainsi que dans séjour cuisine Dommage. L'escalier pour aller à l'étage est très étroit et dangereux que ce soit pour les enfants ou pour les personnes ayants quelques difficultés, heureusement qu'il y a une chambre au RDC. La maison est un peu loin de tout, obligation de prendre la voiture tout le temps. Pour un séjour d'une semaine c'est correct
