Welcome to Villa Aqua!

This beautiful 4 bedroom Oceanfront Home is just what you need for an amazing vacation.

Check-in is at 4 pm Check out is at 11 am

Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Months

This home includes 4 bedrooms each with view of the ocean. 2 bathrooms are accessible from the hall.

All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of seating with private steps directly the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end.

There's covered parking for 2 cars plus space for 2 cars behind if needed for additional parking.

Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the storage rooms below. All other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house.

While spending time at Villa Aqua will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 15 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Aqua.

Great house and location

This is our second stay at this house. We love the location and the fact that all of the rooms have an ocean view. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Great Vacation!

Great vacation, location was amazing! House was stocked with towels, toiletries and beach chairs/toys. We had a great week and the weather was amazing!

Disappointing

Great location! Property was clean and has a great layout.Very disappointed in the lack of amenities, such as kitchen tools, deck furniture, etc. There was no table and chairs on the deck (there was a broken glass tabletop). The only comfortable furniture in the place were the beds.When I reached out to the property manager about the deck furniture, he said he would bring some for our second week there (after our company had left) but never showed up or returned subsequent emails regarding it.I have rented many times, previously from this manager and had been very happy. I don’t know why this time was so different.

Annual Beach Trip

We spend a week in Ponte Vedra every year. Our stay at Villa Aqua was fantastic. The house is well maintained and it was super clean when we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is great, right on the beach. There are plenty of amenities with this house-beach equipment, hammocks in the shade overlooking the ocean, TV, WiFi. We plan to stay at Villa Aqua again next year.

Wonderful Beach Home

We loved our stay at Villa Aqua! Lots of room for our family to spread out, house was super clean, comfy beds, great communication with management. The hammocks and chairs were awesome and there was a room FULL of beach stuff. You can’t beat the location! We will be back!

Winter getaway

Great layout with all four bedrooms having ocean views. We used the lower deck a lot because one can place chairs to get as much or little morning sun as desired while enjoying the ocean view. Excellent supply of beach toys.

Great Family Vacation

This is the second time my family has stayed at thus wonderful vacation home. We will definitely be back next year. We love the location. The kitchen supplies were well stocked. As was the bathrooms and laundry areas.

Wonderful week at Aqua Villa

We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the ocean at this property! Loved being right on the beach! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchens were stocked and had plenty of space! Alexander was quick to respond to any questions we had! Awesome week at this property!

Nice place right on the beach

We stayed for a month in February, and it was great. The house is right on the beach, and the views are lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. I recommend it!

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures are accurate. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortable beds and bedding. The views from all rooms are great and you are close enough to the water to hear the ocean sounds in the front bedrooms. The property manager was professional and quick to respond.

Amazing all around

Great location and wonderful house. Nice touches, such as hotel-style shampoo/conditioner/lotions in bathrooms, extra beach towels, and lots of beach supplies (chairs, surf boards, boogie boards, etc.). Under the deck was a great place to relax out of the sun in a hammock and still feel right on the ocean. We have stayed at many beach homes in this area and this one is a favorite.

Peaceful getaway

The property was exactly how described. Clean, abundance of things for our use, and peaceful. There were great views of the ocean from all rooms which made waking up to the sunrise just amazing. I would recommend this property and host to friends in the future! Beaches were not crowded which was an added bonus!

Wonderful Vacation!!

Beach bliss

We loved our stay at Villa Aqua! The set up of tge house was perfect for our group. 4 large bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms suited us perfectly. The beach access was phenomenal and we spent 7 gorgeous days boogie boarding and surfing the waves. If you love the beach and hate the crowds - this is the place for you! Our 2 pupsloved it too!

Outstanding property

This property was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The beach was beautiful and very few people even during spring break time. The house is a perfect size and has great ocean views from all rooms. The outside deck and the underneath hammock spots were perfect to get out of the sun. We didn't want to leave.

Villa Aqua

Our family of 4, (adults and teens) +2 dogs loved our stay. With its close proximity to St Augustine and peaceful beach atmosphere, Villa Aqua delivered. As other reviewers have mentioned, road noise can be heard in the front bedrooms. Open the windows to the sound of the Ocean waves, we overcame any road noise issues quickly. Great vacation, highly recommend this property.
