The Blue Gem Beach House is a wonderfully cozy and immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Incredible morning sunrises and sunsets! Gaze at the moon rise over the ocean as you sip a cocktail beside the fire pit. Private beach access. A fenced Canine Cabana for your pooch! Perfect location. Fully stocked. Enjoy Golfing, Fishing, Surfing and Relaxing. Our house is your house!

Main Level: Cozy open-plan living and dining with ocean views, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen (stainless steel, granite, beverage bar), and a relaxing den with Smart TV and sound bar — perfect for movies or sports.
Upstairs: The primary suite features a king bed, oceanfront balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite with double sinks and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms — one queen, one bunk/trundle — share a full bath, making it ideal for families or friends. Coffee station and seating area on second floor.
