Welcome to BonVue!

From the moment you enter the front door of our home you are enveloped by a beautiful panoramic view of the intense blue sea and sky. Walk out the french doors and over the beachside deck and a few more steps and you're on the sand.

Our ocean front cottage is located between Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine, in South Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, directly on the ocean. It is very private, with the public accesses located 1 mile to the north and 1 mile to the south. Guana Reserve State Park is across A1A to the west (which offers great nature hikes, bicycling, kayaking and fishing on the Tolomato River). Enjoy stargazing and beach walks at night and beach combing and swimming during the day.

The house boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with bathtubs) with 2 couches in the living room. One of these couches pulls out into a full size bed for additional sleeping space! Dining table with custom made benches accommodates six people. New high count linens and fresh pillows lie atop the full size bed and queen size bed in the bedrooms, with an additional twin size cot in the first bedroom. The floors are wood and Mexican tile, with wood ceilings with recessed lights in the wide living area which faces the ocean. Take delight in the flat-screen television and high-speed WiFi internet which is on site.

Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the beachside deck while watching dolphins swim by. An outdoor shower is available to wash off after swimming. Come and enjoy this wonderful escape from the stresses of everyday life!

A amazing lil stay

We LOVED this place! As soon as you walk through the door you see panoramic views of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the living room! You are just a few steps to the sand and very few people on the beach with us. The shells you can find are the best we’ve found! Sand dollars too! The beds were smaller than we are used to(full size), but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay here again.

A great get away with an awesome view.

If you are looking for a small two bedroom home right on the beach, this is an excellent choice. We have stayed at this location numerous times and we just keep going back. The owner is extremely response to any questions or concerns that come up before or during your stay.

S Ponte Vedra Blvd rental

We had a great week. Second time staying. Feels so comfortable and tranquil sitting on the large deck overlooking the beach. Would highly recommend. Close to restaurants and a quick drive to St Augustine.

Comfy House on Idyllic Beach

The home has all the comforts of home on a beach with very few people. The view is stunning. The verandah has adirondack chairs that are perfect for relaxing. The appliances are new and we appreciated the washer and dryer.

Perfect Place, Perfect Stay

WOW. This place did not disappoint. I wanted a place where I could see and hear the ocean all day and night. This was the perfect place for that. Beautiful ocean views out all the windows. A large back porch to enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. Very private beach area where we could relax or walk with our dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and already want to go back!

Our favorite beach house

This is our second stay at this beach house and we love it! It's an older house but it has everything that you would need. It is directly on the beach and away from crowds. Our Florida getaway beach house. We hope to come visit on a regular basis

A perfect week

We have stayed at several properties along this strip of beach, and this was by far the best for us. The house had everything we needed, and was just enough room for our family of 6 to have space but still be on vacation together. Also had great contact and communication with the owners. It was wonderful and we will absolutely look to stay here again.

Megan went above and beyond with communication and kept us informed.

The house was exactly as listed and even though they had some storm damage about 6 months ago, Megan kept us in the loop. She was honest and was the best host we have ever rented from. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

Perfect Little Beach House

This is the cutest little yellow beach house. It is perfectly located for trips to both St. Augustine or Jacksonville, or you can just lounge on the beach. Everything was clean and ready to go, from towels to toys to dishes. We did a decent amount of cooking and didn’t want for any utensils. Megan was a great host, and was totally on top of things, not that we had any issues. Overall, we’d rent it again tomorrow if we had the vacation time!

Best. Vacation. Ever.

House is perfect size for couple or small group. Can't get any closer to the water! Great Dark Spot for telescope use. The views from inside the house are incredible. Hope to be back soon.

Did not want to leave this beautiful beach house

The beach house is cozy and very romantic for a couple . Excellent location close to everything . Well maintained and the best part are the beautiful sunsets , listening to the ocean waves right outside your porch . Great communication with property owner , they make you feel like home . We fell in love with this hidden treasure and definitely returning .

Cozy, convenient beach house

Nice beach house right on the beach. No walking or excessive stairs for elder knees. We had a wonderful time with grandkids and conveniently ate in most nights with well supplied kitchen and nice dining area. Great view of the ocean. Beds very comfortable. We were able to take our Corgi.

I’m Megan - an Upstate New York native that relocated to sunny Northeast FL in 2017 with my husband, Devon and shepherd rescue dog, Griffin.

I work in higher education, but in my free time I enjoy all things relating to interior design. My husband and I are always updating our primary home, or one of our many long term apartment buildings.
