Access to the beach was fantastic. When we arrived, the house was 81 degrees. 4 hours later it was still 81. Once we spoke with Kevin, he had someone come the next morning to fix it. The house was dirty. My daughter called it crusty. The floor was so dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black. We mopped the floor ourselves. It took 2 times around to get the floor clean. The place was very outdated. The master bathroom was very old and “crusty”. In the kitchen there were only 7 forks and 6 of us. We just kept washing them. There were 2 microwaves. We picked the wrong one to use the first time and the smell of burnt rubber filled the air (put a sign “do not use”). We like to cook with a family of 6. The pots and pans were so old, they were made with teflon that was scratched up and coming off. They all needed to be thrown away. We did not want to use them. I would not rent this house again. For what we paid to rent, it was not worth the money.
