Whether you’re visiting in the warmth of summer or the snowy winter months, this charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is the perfect spot for family vacations. Plus, it's PET-FRIENDLY, so your two dogs can join the fun too!


Located on the northern edge of Sunriver, this spacious reverse-living condo offers plenty of room for everyone. The WELL-APPOINTED KITCHEN makes preparing family meals a breeze, and the open floor plan ensures the cook can interact with the rest of the group—whether they're enjoying a game in the dining area or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Stay cool during the summer with air conditioning, and when winter arrives, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace with a good book.


This 1,450 sq. ft condo sleeps 8 people comfortably:

UPSTAIRS: A master suite with a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower.
DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV with cable, while Bedroom #3 features two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. The downstairs bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, is shared by Bedrooms #1 and #2.



After a day of outdoor adventure, RELAX on the patio with a GAS BBQ and comfy patio furniture. The HOT TUB is also a great place to unwind under the stars.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was super cute and was plenty big for my group! Beautiful views of the golf course and close to the bike paths! We had a very nice weekend here and would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

The condo was nice and well appointed. Layout was good with upstairs and downstairs for a liittle space. Had it's own pool. It was not close to the Sharc facility. Also the golf course is now private and that was a little misleading given the view and location was right there. Luckily we are private club members and so they let my husband book. Otherwise you are driving to public course. If you want a condo where you can walk to everything and not use your car this is not the one, but it is nice, quiet and well taken care of.

Thank you for staying with us. In late May, all golf courses in Sunriver went private. Now, even homeowners, can no longer use the course unless they pay the $15K membership fee and the monthly fee. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Many of the local courses are wonderful. We hope that you will come and visit us again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, well equipped and plenty of space for families. Community pool and private hot tub were great to have access to as well. If you are bothered by lingering pet hair, consider a different unit as the evidence of the previous renters’ long haired shedding dog was all over. All bikes are single speed cruiser style so consider bringing your own bike if you prefer multi-speed. Upstairs bedroom (King) does not cool as easily on hot days, but there is a box fan to help a bit.

Great Spot in Sunriver

This was the perfect spot for our group in Sunriver! When we walked in, we noticed the house was extremely clean and spacious enough for 6 adults and a dog. Our favorite thing to do was eat meals at the kitchen table or outside on enclosed deck and it came with everything we'd need for a week in the sun.

Great place

Perfect condo for us and our 3 small kids plus dog friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful view off back porch. Comfortable beds. It was very clean. Having SHARC passes plus the condo pool was great. We also used the bikes and it saved us from having to drag our bikes with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We have no control over what the SHARC does or does not do but the passes are purchased by the homeowner as an incentive, at no additional cost for you, to book their home and is not covered by the resort fees which EVERYONE pays who rents a home in Sunriver not just folks who rent from us. We hope covid is winding down and things can get back closer to normal soon. Please come see us again.

The hot tub would not turn on and the cover was inoperable. We didn’t have very good kitchen equipment, our family stayed in another home and paid significantly less than we did and the home was immaculate.

Bonnie, we do appreciate your feedback however a few things should be noted that were excluded from your "review". We were unable to give you an early check-in to the unit as we needed to ensure that it was clean. The owner of the company personally was in the home prior to allowing access into the condo and it was CLEAN. We are available 24/7 either here in the office or by phone, and our staff did not receive any calls regarding the hot tub or cleanliness. We would have immediately taken care of any issues that may have been noted. We will have our staff evaluate any issues with the kitchen equipment. Each of our homes are privately owned and homeowners do a wonderful job maintaining the items within their homes. We have not had any noted issues up to this point. Additionally, as a guest, it is very important to respect and follow all the rules that are placed within the contract. Respecting the home and its contents also includes not disabling or disassembling items that belong to the homeowner.

Cute Condo But HOT!!!!

It was a cute little condo, and described accurately. Unfortunately the A/C was not working the first night and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. They did send a gentleman out to repair, which fixed it slightly. However, the air was unable to get below 72. So we just stayed out of the home as much as possible. Also found it odd that no one reached out to us to discuss compensation, since we clearly paid for A/C during July in Sunriver ;)

Sarah, we are glad that you enjoyed the home. Like anything, things do need fail from time to time, Once you brought the issue regarding the Air Conditioning to our attention, we did contact the HVAC technician who did service the unit and did repair it. The temperature parameters are set in place as safety measures for the homeowners and the units themselves. We have been fortunate this year that we haven't had the extremely hot temperatures and the temperatures have been in the 70s and 80s. In regards to reaching out, we were told by the HVAC technician that the unit was fixed and we never heard anything else to the contrary. Please note that we would have gladly addressed the issue if we had been notified of a continued problem. We hope that you will visit beautiful Sunriver again.

Even considering buying a condo in the complex...location is great and quiet. Super not impressed with a checkout at 10am. Good luck getting a family of 8 packed up and out the door after a week that early and complete checkout. I have never stayed at a hotel, air B and B, or any vacation rental in sunriver with such an early check out. Attempted to call agency at 9:45 morning of and management was not helpful or accommodating even a 30 minute extension. We left with a very bad experience.

Jeff, we appreciate your input however we would encourage you to look at the community standard with the local property management companies and you will find that 10 am is standard, especially in the summer when we are booked as was the case with your reservation. You may also find that some companies even have later check in times. Yes you did call into the office, and you were less than polite to the office when they did not grant your request for a late check out. However, there was an arrival that same day and the home needed to be cleaned so that the guest coming in could enjoy it just as you did. We are sorry that no late check out equated to a bad experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in the perfect quiet and peaceful location in northern portion of Sunriver, away from the busy SHARQ and Village areas. Great location for walking or cycling to the river or the Lava Lands trail(less than a mile). AC was a lifesaver during this summer's extreme heat.Overall, the condo was clean and well-supplied, and had plenty of room for 4 adults and our Golden Retriever (plus room for more). Our main complaint was that the metal dining chairs — undoubtedly selected for a pet-friendly condo — were very uncomfortable without having small cushions available to sit on (we used beach towels). The kitchen had most items that a family would need with the exception of an electric hand mixer. With the many baking pans and dishes available, this was a surprising omission. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cups, dishes, etc. Bring your own spices!If you are a road or mountain biker, you will need your own bikes: the cruising bikes (4 adult/teen) and two child bikes) are not the best for serious riding. BBQ and hot tub in very good working order. We love the Sunriver Brewing company and Marcello's. Eat early or prepare for a wait.Great rides include Sunriver to Mt. Bachelor parking lot and back (downhill is fast and fun) and the ride to Lava Lands and up to the top of Lava Butte. If you come in mid-July, check out the Tour des Chutes! Great hikes: Benham Falls, Tumalo Falls, Smith Rock State Park. We enjoy golf at Crooked River Ranch (Terrebonne area) and Quail Run (La Pine). So much to do here, you can't go wrong! Enjoy.

Lovely rental, but not all it was built up to be

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has been very tastefully remodeled, and we went it to it with high expectations because of the lovely photos and the premium price we paid for our Spring Break family holiday. Here are the ways in which our experience fell short:- The condo was not in a professionally-cleaned state when we checked in. There was notable pet hair on rugs and furniture, waste bins were not emptied, and dog toys found under furniture.- The washing machine does not work properly. After a day of skiing we tried washing a load of ski gear three times (2nd and 3rd time with no detergent) and the clothes came out sopping wet and covered in detergent dust. Not sure if our gear will every recover.- Dishwasher is very old and falling apart- Two items featured on the listing photos that the kids were super excited for were not present upon arrival: ping pong table and a bike trailer.- There were no available lights, outlets, or night stands in the master bedroom. There was only one overhead light for the whole room, with the switch at the door.In all, this is a very nice condo in a great location and beautiful setting. But for the rental price paid, all of the above items mentioned added up to a let-down for us. These items fall 'below the bar' for a well-managed and premium-priced vacation rental experience. I hope that the owners and managers will address these details and make for a 100% positive experience in the future.

Great place to stay

Stay for spring break with the family. Worked out perfectly since our friends own a place right across the street. Beds were comfortable and the unit was well equipped.

Owners like you watch you on camera

Have never stayed at a place where I felt so unwelcome. Owners insisted on watching us through cameras very weird never have rented a house with cameras!

Very nice accommodations. I liked having all the light switches labeled. The view from the back windows was wonderful.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect! Close to everything shopping, restaurants and recreation. The staff at Sunset Lodging was very accommodating through out our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 22 members, spanning ages of 4 - 74 years old, all had a wonderful week long stay in Nine Iron 9 and Fairway Village 34. The homes were accommodating in every way, and the Sunriver property and surrounding area can't be beat!
