My husband Peter and I fell in love with this property when we came across it while out for a ride one day. Perched up on a ridge, It has gorgeous 360 degree panoramic views from every angle on the property. We have spent the last three years lovingly remodeling, expanding, building and landscaping the property with lots of hard work and help from our two sons and many talented contractors and craftsmen.

This property has some of the best views in the Hill Country. The Oak trees are massive and plentiful and the natural rock crossings and terrain are spectacular. It's located just steps from the Pedernales River and the famous Hamilton Pool Preserve Grotto. You won't find a more beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind, yet is close to everything you want or need.

We built the Lodge and finished it in 2020 as a relaxing place to accommodate larger gatherings such as wedding parties, family reunions, business retreats or social gatherings of friends and groups. The accommodations are designed to give you Maximum privacy with great social and outdoor space.
A beautiful rural location, yet accessible to Downtown Austin and close to wineries, distilleries, breweries, shopping, great dining and the Wedding Capital of Texas--Dripping Springs. The full property is 15 acres and can be rented in it's entirely for large gatherings sleeping up to 30 such as family reunions, retreats and destination weddings. or as individual units including the 6 BR Lodge, The 4 BR Ranch House and the Amenity Barn at Cypress Mill Ridge.
