Nestled atop a 1000 foot ridge in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Cypress Mill Ridge is a 15-acre gem offering spectacular panoramic vista views, luxury accommodations for 8-30, and plenty of privacy for your destination getaway! You can even walk over to Westcave Preserve, a fantastic eco-destination in the Hill Country west of Austin, or if you choose, a lovely vineyard and winery right across the street.
The property features a 3500 SF Amenity Barn that sleeps 8-10, a 4 Br Ranch House that sleeps 8 and a 6 BR Lodge that sleeps 12 with expansive porches and patios, large, open gathering spaces, luscious Oak Groves, natural rock walls and gardens, and rolling hills to explore. Specialty landscaping using steel, iron and stone, enhance the natural beauty of the terrain. An exquisite gabion wall with majestic staircase and Edison lighting graces the front of the Amenity Barn and natural stone paths and exterior lighting make the property easy to navigate.

My husband Peter and I fell in love with this property when we came across it while visiting a new winery across the street. Perched up on a 1000 foot ridge, It has gorgeous 360 degree panoramic views from every part of the property. We have spent the last three years lovingly remodeling, expanding, building and landscaping the property with lots of hard work and help from our two sons and many talented contractors and craftsmen.

This property has some of the best views in the Hill Country. The Oak trees are massive and plentiful and the natural rock walls and terrain are spectacular. It's located just steps from the Pedernales River and the famous Hamilton Pool Preserve Grotto. You won't find a more beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind, yet is close to everything you want or need.
