Designed with an open-floor living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, microwave among other utilities.

The bedroom comes with a luxurious King bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

A fully established community, The Greens offers easy access to Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and Knowledge Village. The American University in Dubai is in close proximity to the neighbourhood.

With business nerve centres, leisure attractions, retail centres and educational institutions in easy access. Residents have access to a wide range of lifestyle amenities including swimming pools, gymnasiums, play areas, barbecue areas, and neighbourhood retail centres.

The Greens is a preferred destination for professionals, who benefit from its location advantage and the retreat-like ambience.

The recommended mode of transport in Dubai is by taxi, it’s very convenient and often quite cheap depending on the distance. Or if you rather, the tram station is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
