Country Club Villas #320 is great for 1-6 individuals. Your view of the Kona Country Club's Ocean Course is right out to the ocean beyond. Enjoy the views of the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets of your lanai.

King's Bed in primary bedroom.
Guest bedroom has a queen bed.
Upstairs loft has guest bedroom has two twin beds.
There are two full baths.
Washer and dryer in-condo.
Complete kitchen is great for a fast snack or a gourmet meal. The chef has a fantastic view of the mountain.

Beautiful view - easy access to many locations. Shopping (grocery store too) and restaurants are close. There are plenty of beach towels and supplies - no need to pack much if the beach is your destination. Close to pool. Very roomy and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Best Kona trip

Our Kona experience was wonderful. The vrbo was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning in the rooms was a life saver. Our family stayed for 9 days and it was so good to arrive and have a warm welcome. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great location and a great view

We stayed 9 days and enjoyed every minute, the house was clean and comfortable. It was in a central location for wherever we wanted to go, and some days we just relaxed on the deck and watched the golfers. 5 stars from me!

Great Location and Just Enough

The condo unit was the perfect base for us to call home as we explored the Big Island for the first time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the best snorkleing spot on the island (Captain Cook), and centally located so you can venture to either side of the island. I highly recommend.

HAWAII FAMILY VACATION

Very nice condo. Beds were comfortable. Loft beds were very small for older children. Living space was spacious. Lanai was awesome. Kitchen was well supplied. Beach and pool supplies were appreciated, but the snorkel masks were broken. A/C in bedrooms was nice, but, main living space was very hot even with fans. The condo is in a great location.

Absolutely love it!

We had an incredible stay here! We appreciated all the small gestures such as beach gear including towels, chairs and umbrellas! We had an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets each night right from our lanai! The host was great at communication and even recommended places to not miss out on while we were there! I highly recommend this condo especially for anyone traveling with kids or other family members! Great layout and perfect location!

The condo was a great space for our group. Loved the views and the deck for morning coffee. There were two things I didn't like. One was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom so we ended up running out with 6 adults and didn't realize we were out until it was necessary! We had to buy more toilet paper and garbage bags. When I called the management company, they said they only supply the base level of those items which was not mentioned in the listing or any of their communications to give us any warning. Secondly, the garbage bins were removed from the property one day without warning so we went to take out the garbage and there were no bins. The garbage just had to sit there in the kitchen for the whole day, so not the most ideal. Again, some sort of heads up or notice to expect that would have been nice. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Good value condo

Condo was well stocked with all the kitchen equipment you need to cook in and beach chairs , umbrella and each toys. The loft was spacious with 2 twin beds and a second separate area. Loved the big lanai and wonderful view and sunsets. We were comfortable with 6 adults and used for the extra set of king sheets t to make the twin beds into a ‘king'Also plenty of parking. For the price this was a great deal.

Nice spacious and clean. Nice deck w/great views of ocean.

A very nice condo with bonus of upper sleeping loft. Beautiful ocean views, especially nice at sunset. Location great, very close to everything but didn't feel like it with the peaceful expansive views. The complex was quiet and pleasant. The deck was perfect for meals and gathering. The only negative was the property management needs to go over kitchen supplies and replace some items, especially knives. Dishes, flatwear and glasses were abundant and nice.

Very comfortable and clean

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We were very comfortable and immediately felt right at home. It was lovely sitting on the deck and watching the golfers as well as admiring the gorgeous view of the ocean. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with tools and dishes, and that there was a cooler and beach towels/equipment available to use for our outings. The on-site pools were nice, and we used those a few times as well. Overall we would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Kona beauty!

Perfect location for us with a fabulous view of the golf course and ocean beyond. Very close to a great beginner’s snorkeling beach, as well as Magic Sands. Premises are very quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Management was responsive when we needed additional dishwasher pods. Only caution is that the upstairs twin beds are shorter than normal…was fine for my 5’6” daughter, but not for my 6’ son. Other beds very comfy. Loved that there were beach chairs, towels, small cooler, boogie boards available for our use.
