The space
This spacious and inviting home is designed for relaxation and fun, with an open-concept living area featuring a large TV and cozy seating—perfect for movie nights or gathering with loved ones. The bright kitchen includes a center island for easy meal prep and casual dining, while the nearby dining area is perfect for family dinners or sharing laughs with friends.

All guests are required to review and electronically sign our Terms and Conditions, submit a signed rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID prior to arrival. The access code to the home will be shared 2–4 days before check-in, once all required documents are received and final payment has been made.
Please note that access to the home may be restricted until all documentation is completed.

The credit card fee is non-refundable at all times, but all other charges are fully refundable per our cancellation policy.

Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.


Guests are welcome to use two kayaks and two bicycles, available at your own risk!

Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use!
