$40 a week per person amenities passes can be purchased at the Lease office that includes access and parking to all beaches, athletic center, tennis and pools. Please contact the Beach Shopee at Bethany Beach with questions regarding passes: 302-541-5988

Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Sea Colony. The house was spotless, we were able to check in a little early, and we found lots of little things to make our stay even better (plenty of Tupperware, laundry detergent, beach chairs, a solid ice maker, great (hot!) water pressure, and more). We would love to return in future years!

Absolutely recommend this place! My family had an incredible stay that we'll never forget. The home was spotless, and the owner was super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs. With enough room for my growing family of 7 (does anyone else not think of their kids as adults, even when they're over 18?), we felt right at home! Seacolony is just wonderful; the beach was beautifully maintained, and the pools were pristine with ample shaded areas to relax. We had so much fun that I can confidently say we would love to come back again!

A wonderful place for families!

Kate’s house was perfect for everyone - grandparents, parents, and kids alike! Plenty of space for everyone, a well-stocked kitchen, two lovely downstairs porches, and a garage to store our beach chairs, strollers, etc. The amenities that came with staying in Sea Colony also could not be beat! My kids loved riding the tram to and from the beach, participating in family activities, and being just a few steps from a pool and a playground. We would happily stay again!

Great House and Great Location

This house was perfect for our family. Some adults were working and there were enough spaces for all, work and vacation. It was located 1/2 block from the aquatic center and one block from the fitness center. The rooms and bedding were great and super air-conditioning. We used the grill and all the other kitchen appliances since we cooked many of our own meals. Great vacation home!

Excellent Property!

We have stayed in Sea Colony many times and this was the nicest property yet! The owner was great to work with and the location was great! The house was clean and nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Great Location!

My family stayed at this rental for a week! I highly recommend this rental. Excellent communication with the owner who is very responsive. This is a perfect location close to fitness center and pools. We had a great time and hope to go back next summer!!

Spacious townhouse across from large splash pool and around corner from indoor Freeman Center. Owner was easy to communicate with. Beds could use updating to make more comfortable.

Wonderful long weekend

We had a wonderful weekend! The home was just as described and was very comfortable and well-stocked. The location near the new aquatic center was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family vacation

This Sea Colony home is perfectly located between the outdoor aquatic center and the fitness center. The garage provides extra space for storing bikes and beach gear (perfect for us with toddlers). House is well-maintained and grill was a great resource for us. New (2022) splash pad at the aquatic center was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for family stays.

Great home!

The house was decorated beautifully and felt very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all basic needs and the pots and pans were good quality. The propane tank was empty, but the hostess was eager to reimburse us for the cost and was apologetic. She was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. I would recommend this vacation home for a great Sea Colony stay!

Annual Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Sea colony. The weather was perfect! It is a great townhouse with a very nice open floor plan. Had everything you needed, from beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, and close to 2 pools. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful home and location

What a beautiful and clean home, perfect for a beach getaway! Located in a quiet, private community that's great for families, with a pool next door. Kate was great in answering our questions and quick with responses. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Bethany.

Excellent Sea Colony location

We had a great yet chilly weekend. We have stayed in Sea Colony many times but always on the beach directly. This house was so beautiful inside and the perfect size to take the family. There is a great grassy area to play ball behind the house, it’s right next to the Freeman fitness center, indoor pool and playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beach week

We go every year. Kates unit was perfect for us. I appreciate the lack of carpet in a rental. They never feel clean. Hers were hard floors throughout. Every switch in unit was labeled and everything worked. Unit was well maintained and well stocked.

I am a 60 year old woman with three fantastic grown children. I am a theatre director and have been the Associate Artistic Director for a children's theatre in Bethesda, MD, Imagination Stage for 25 years. In Sept. 2019, I lost my husband to cancer. I bought this house in Nov. 2020 as a way to honor his memory and live in joy. We hope that you love it and find refuge in it with your family as we plan to.

This is the perfect family vacation house! It is spacious with a front patio, glassed in back porch, large kitchen, dining room and kitchen. Furnishings are tasteful and simple and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make large family dinners. Gas Grill, 4 adult bikes (please bring your own helmets!), indoor gas fire place (perfect for fall!) Living room and all bedrooms have TVs but please note that the bunk room does not have cable access.

The house is uniquely situated in the quiet and elegant phase 20 of Sea Colony, steps from the nicest, large outdoor pool in the community and the Freeman Athletic Center which features state of the art workout rooms, an indoor pool and hot tub. Each bedroom has a TV with access to Comcast and you can program all your own apps right into each smart TV (note there is no cable access in the bunk room but because there is wifi, you can use the apps. In addition there is an HDMI cable provided in this room if you would like to connect to your apps through a laptop.) We provide 4 bikes in garage for your use when here and a few beach chairs, toys and umbrellas , though we recommend the rentals of chairs and umbrellas at the beach. You may also bring your own beach equipment and store safely in garage. Remember--the beach is only a 10 min bike or bus ride away!
