When you're craving some quiet, make your way back to your rental, where the screened porch serves as the ideal space for cocktails and conversation. or to grab a book off the shelf for a lazy afternoon. The living area is bright and open with a large sectional sofa where you can stream your favorite show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There are two bikes available for guest use.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
