Seasonal rental for 4 people maximum, including 2 adults and 2 children maximum.

43m² apartment, on the ground floor, fully equipped, with 30m² tree-lined terrace, facing south, air-conditioned, in a residence with swimming pool (10 x 20 m), paddling pool, 2 tennis courts, bowling alley and a ping-pong table in concrete, in a wooded park.
In the neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, you can leave your car at rest!

The apartment is made up of an alcove bedroom, closed only on one of the 4 sides by curtains, leaving plenty of light and a view of the terrace, 140cm bed.

The bathroom has a shower, with grab bar, washbasin with large storage unit, WC, hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, grease extractor, microwave, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.

In the living/dining room, there is a second bed: daily bed sofa bed, 18cm mattress, rapido type, smart TV, a table and 4 chairs.

In the laundry closet, you will find the washing machine, the drying rack, the vacuum cleaner, the iron and its ironing board.

On the tree-lined terrace, you will enjoy a table and 4 chairs, garden furniture and an offset parasol.

Parking is free in the residence but the many visitor spaces allow everyone to park.

Bed linen and bath and pool towels are at your disposal.

In the neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, you can leave your car at rest! Next to the residence you will find a newsagent selling bread and pastries, on the same square a small market several times a week, 2/3 minutes on foot a Thai restaurant, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Spar. The first bakery is 7 minutes away. You are less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the first beach, 7 minutes walk from the Franprix and 9 minutes from the Carrefour Market.

Possibility to arrive or leave independently any day of the week. .

Minimum stay of 2 nights from September to June and 7 nights in July and August.
