The apartment is located walking distance to all Bismarck eatery’s, pubs and downtown shopping. It’s also a short walking distance to the Bismarck event center and both hospitals, federal building, and Kirkwood mall. The apartment is upstairs in recently updated historic building. The apartment has a loft style feel with 10 foot ceilings wooden floor, central air, washing facility’s in building, all of the amenities of home. Also provided is high speed internet service WiFi. Cable TV, safe secure off street parking behind building.

Biz BPOE apt
Small like a studio apartment, but cozy for the two of us. Nice location in downtown, reasonably quiet. Had only a few quirks, the first of which was the 20+ staircase steps from both the rear lot and the street! Bathroom and shower small, hard not to get the floor wet with the corner shower. The apt was cutely decorated as the photos show, with nice considerations that you expect at a hotel. Loved the reclining "theater chair " couch in the living room. Kitchen clean and roomy enough to cook. Overall we would stay again, good price. Thanks Mr. Joyce

Right downtown
Fairly noisy at night with street traffic and the occasional train. A larger TV in the living room would be nice (maybe put the smaller one in the bedroom). The bathroom was really small. Nice supply of bathroom towels.
