☘️ There is no better way to experience the beauty of Bismarck by staying right in the heart of it. The Color 18 is located in the center of Capitol , close walking distance to all top attractions , restaurants , bars , and etc.

☘️ The Color 18 is the combination of modern and aged features from Scandinavian style home.
With the love of art and piece , this home is filled of different choices of colors to create a relax , chill and cozy space for everyone to gather and enjoy moments together.

🍀 Please read our listing carefully before booking.

🍀 We are traveling to many places across the country and we enjoy it a lot. We know every place has its own charming. That's the reason why we picked the name the Color 18 and filled the place with lots of different color combining together.

🍀 The house is part of the duplex building, an upper unit 220. Lower unit 222 is the cleaning lady who is responsible to take care of the house . The house is located on the corner lot , close walking distance to the Capital Museum or golf club Tom O'leary. If you are fan of Bismarck Larks, its only few steps to the field to watch them playing. If you are new to town , don't hesitate to ask us where to go. We will definitely give you some ideas to explore Bismarck, the capitol of North Dakota.

😍 Back to the space, the house had 3 bedroom with 3 different concepts , 3 different names Lili (Room 1), Rosie (Room 2) and Sunny (Room 3). Those named by 3 amazing and colorful people that we met while traveling. That inspires us to lay out the décor for each room.

✅ Each room will have :
- Working desk - chair for remote job.
- Good wifi connection for surfing.
- 5-layer QUEEN bed for greater comfort.
- Mirror and extra blankets , pillows in closet.
- touch lamp , Sunny room had lamp with bluetooth speaker.
- towel provided.

✅ We labeled out every details of the house for you to easily locate items that you are looking for. We disinfect the entire space when we clean to make sure the house be at its best form for the next guests.

✅ We have board games, Hulu subscriptions for TV , frisbee disc and etc for your quality time with beloved ones.

✅ Potential noises from the street : we have Earplugs for better sleep.

Okay location, kitchen could use updating & fix shower doors.

The dining & living room areas seemed updated & were nice. Kitchen could use updating & the refrigerator was small, more of an apartment size. We have never seen beds without a top sheet before. There were extra sheets in a basket for you to use & remake your bed. The shower doors were broken with a sign letting us know. It kept falling off the track when trying to close it. We were there for a wedding & didn’t really spend a lot of time there, so it worked out fine for us. If you plan on spending any time outside, there really isn’t any yard to enjoy.

Older home with bright updates. Clqaaqean and many personal toucges, amenities. Streets are busy on both sides of the property but with a fan (provided in the unit) running its easy to manage. Nice bedrooms with door locks on each and spacious public areas. Nice dishes, condiments and other items stocked iin the kitchen.

Close to everything

Not very clean. Garbage under the sofa. Found game pieces under the tv stand. The tv screen was filthy. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location for our purposes

This home is located near the Heritage Center, which is where we meet each morning we participate in a dinosaur fossil dig supported by the North Dakota Geologic Survey. It is very convenient for us, roomy and pleasant.

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Had 2 senior adults with that were happy with accommodations and slept well. A little musty smelling when first opened the door but turned the air filter on and it seemed to get better. The beds are not fully made, top sheets are left in the room, guests put the top sheet on to make the bed and at the end strip the bed and put towels and linens in a laundry basket to help the cleaner. Guests also need to take the trash out at the end and wash dishes in the sink. Different from the listing is that washer/dryer service costs $15/per load and there is no spa or outdoor area that we could find. Overall nice place though in a quiet neighborhood and we did enjoy a couple of the instant coffee drinks provided.

Great gathering space

Lovely home to spend time with family. We were there for graduation and the large living space was wonderful to have family stop in to say hi. We mainly ate out, but we did cook a few meals for just the 4 of us. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials making cooking easy.

Bismarck

The interior of the house is clean and decorated nicely, and although there is some traffic, in a central location. The beds were comfortable but I did use earplugs since I am a light sleeper. I did not understand why the top sheets aren’t on the bed when the sheets are changed and beds made. The comforter was on top of the fitted sheet and unless it’s laundered each time, it is not really sanitary. My flat sheet that was provided turned out to be another fitted sheet but found a spare in the unoccupied bedroom. I would stay again but I would bring my own personal bedding.

Not good

Said there was washer dryer there wasn’t. Windows in bedroom unable to open. Asked for fan didn’t have but one. Also was told they would do our wash for a few. Biggest cup was a coffee cup.

Weekend conference

The reason given for the four-star rating is because the yard needed mowing and did not set a good impression upon arriving at the home. And we arrived a bit early and did not have a phone number to call to see if we could just drop some things off. Enough for the negative! We did have a nice stay and it is always nice to be able stay where we can all be together without being in separate hotel rooms.

Pleasant stay.

The pictures posted were very accurate. The apartment is lovely. We appreciated the labels and posted directions. The beds were very comfortable - we all slept very well. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and it is quite pleasant for walking. I would recommend this property to any of my friends going to Bismarck.

College Bound Family

We rented this property for somewhere to stay when we dropped our child off at college. We really appreciated its location and its cleanliness. It had almost everything we needed. One drawback was it said the house sleeps 8 but for each guest over 2 we were charged an extra guest fee.

Great!

We were there for just one night, but the home had all of the amenities and great location! We walked to a very nearby restaurant (Walrus - recommend!) for happy hour and continued to the downtown area for dinner. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

The owners of the property were wonderful to work with. The only bad experience was with VRBO. They charged $104 for an extra guest but there was not an extra guest. The owners approved removing the extra guest fee but VRBO only refunded $20.
