House 5 minutes from the beach, terrace & private garage.

Recently renovated Mers les Bains typical house. Located in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the beach, offers great comfort to spend excellent times and discover the Bay of Somme.

The parking being paid in the streets of Mers Les Bains during the summer period as well as every WE, our garage on the ground floor is a real advantage to spend serene vacations.

From July 1st to September 5th, rentals are from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am. Thanks for your understanding.

The house is typical of Mers Les Bains. It is on 4 floors.

On the ground floor, our spacious garage will allow you to park your car and/or your motorcycle, bikes, strollers... Good to know: parking is paying all summer long in all of Mers streets, as well as on all week-ends.

On the second floor, the main room and the terrace will allow you to bond around the big table, in the living room in front of the flat TV screen or on the terrace.

The 2 upper floors offer 3 large bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor - one master suite (queen size bed) with private bathroom including a large shower.

On the 3rd floor, one large bedroom with a standard double bed is also equipped with a desk. It is quiet and allows to work serenely. Next to it, the children's room has 3 one-person beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor.

Non smoking place. No parties please. Quiet policy after 10 pm.
