Recently built and handsomely decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury townhome offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal retreat! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!

Wood-grain tile floors, 12-foot ceilings, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures are just a few of the features that makes 'Seas the Day' the perfect place an unforgettable vacation! A large comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio. A well equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel GE appliances, High End fixtures/ finishes and European style cabinetry.

Upstairs holds all three bedrooms. The guest bedrooms hold a twin over full bunk bed, with a full trundle and queen bed. The master suite features a king bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature high end finishes and raised height vanities.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses. Below are 4 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Walton Dunes Beach Access: Located less than a mile West of Prominence.
This is unique in that there is no boardwalk to the beach. You just drop your stuff right in the sand. The parking is plentiful and very close to the access point.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.
