***IMPORTANT*** When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. Non responses from guests can result in a cancellation of the reservation. NO third party bookings are permitted.
Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid drivers license, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues.

Hi my name is Wendy Ross and I am the original Owner of SandPearl 30A. I reside most of the year in Kennebunk, Maine. I visited 30A in November 2018 and fell in love with the area especially the natural beauty, white sandy beaches and the beautiful gulf waters.
I own a Day Spa in Maine and prior to that I worked in the hospitality industry for Starwood Hotels including Sheraton and Westin. When choosing the decor for SandPearl 30A, I incorporated spa touches and coloring to give my townhome a feeling of rest, relaxation and renewal.
My favorite things to do when visiting 30a are getting lots of fresh air, walking on the beach and trying some new cuisine. I also love to visit some of the natural wonders of 30A including Deer Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park.
Knowing how hectic life can be, I understand the need to get away, relax, refresh and spend time with loved ones. I have tried to include rental offerings of things I would like if I were a guest, including a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, comfy beds (Kasper mattresses!), fine linens and towels, 5 beach cruiser bikes and a brand new 6-person lithium powered golf cart.
My spa slogan is "Relax your cares away..." and hopefully you will be able to do just that during your visit! Relax, Refresh and Renew at SandPearl 30A!
Aleisia & Eric Rouse are the personal Property Managers for SandPearl 30A. Wendy is a neighbor of ours in Prominence. We also own and successfully self manage our two Prominence vacation homes and are happy to assist Wendy with managing her beautiful home.

Because it is one of the most sought after vacation spots in the country. We have the most beautiful white sand beaches and Emerald coast that 30A is well known for. We are an upscale rental with all the extras. Prominence is a family oriented community. Each unit has a private entrance. The Hub is directly across the street and is a favorite for families.

Sand Pearl 30A includes the use of the Owners brand new (6) person Lithium powered street legal golf cart, use of Owners (5) brand new beach cruiser bikes (equipped with locks and helmets), a beach cabana, beach wagon, (8) beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, child's high chair and Pack and Play. Sand Pearl 30A features a large low level fenced in deck directly off of the spacious great room area that boasts comfortable outdoor living furniture and views of the quiet green space.
