Contemporary decor with plenty of space to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. Feels like you are staying in a beachfront house. There is a separate casita studio for one more sleeping option with small kitchenette.

B1- LAS MANANITAS is a beachfront villa with it´s own private swimming pool and spa, workout room, 3600sq ft floor ´plan with large patio deck & shade covered top of the line BBQ and dining area, large grassy yard, with a beachfront fire pit. Interior is all one level, modern and contemporary, 3BD 3.5 BA PLUS additional sleeping option in a separate casita with Queen bed, 3 piece bathroom and kitchenette.
