Spacious villa close to the beach and the forest

We provide one towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

This villa located in a quiet area with community pool 15 minutes walk from the beach is ideal for family holidays.

A very beautiful garden offering a large space, with a large terrace and a barbecue.
Inside, a large, very bright living room with fully equipped American kitchen.
A bathroom with toilet is also on the ground floor.
TV and internet with unlimited free wifi are also available.
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages etc...).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any problems.

La vaisselle, les verres, les couverts et les assiettes étaient usés et inutilisables pour nous.Les matelas inconfortables, nous n‘avons pas bien dormi dessus.Il semble que le prix de la maison soit nettement plus élevés que ceux des maisons voisines, si l’on en croit les habitants des autres maisons.Pour nous, un retour n’est malheureusement pas envisageable.

Vacances trés agréables

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine (trop court), tres belle maison, bel espace de vie, un gros plus avec la piscine. Endroit très calme. Petits bémols, manque d' ustensibles cuisines, des verres apéritifs, accesoires d entretien (bon a changer), portail difficile a ouvrir. Pour le reste parfait.

très belle vacances à l’escala. la maison est suffisamment grande pour accueillir 6 adultes facilités de parking. petit point à améliorer la porte à l’arrière est très difficile à ouvrir ainsi que le portail à l’avant.la machine à café devrait être plus grande pour une location de 6 personnes.

Notre séjour c'est bien passé. Le logement est bien situé avec la piscine commune pas loin. La maison mériterait des petits changements pour améliorer le confort des vacanciers et aussi quelques réparations comme au niveau des volets roulants où les vis se sont détachés lorsqu'on a voulu fermer le volet. La cafetière était trop petit pour 6 personnes et d'autre choses à revoir. La maison est grande avec une belle pièce de vie qui mériterait l'installation de la climatisation car seul les chambres sont climatisées. Dans l'ensemble le logement est correct.

Parfait pour une semaine de vacances en famille

L’escala est une très belle station balnéaire très Animée. On y a trouvé le soleil. Nous reviendrons à l’escala , c est très francophone, donc parfait pour se faire comprendre.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist schön mit einer großen Terasse und Garten. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist in direkter Nähe zum Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bon séjour

Belle maison spacieuse et propre.Grand jardin et grande terrasse.La deuxième salle de bain au rez de chaussée est petite et moins fonctionnelle. Situation un peu loin de la plage et du centre ville mais en cette saison,on peut facilement se rapprocher en voiture et se garer gratuitement.

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons louer la maison pour 1 semaine. Nous avons passé de super vacances. Maison agréable, accès à une piscine bien entretenue. Proche de la plage, villages à visités et pleins d’autres activités. Parc naturel derrière la maison agréable pour promener notre chien tranquillement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour en famille à l’escala. La maison est bien situé dans un quartier calme et peu fréquenté. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. L’extérieur est très agréable. La piscine communautaire est très pratique et juste à côté de la maison. Le contact avec l’agent immobilier est très simple et rapide. Rien à redire de notre séjour nous sommes très satisfaits.

Super séjour

Maison très propre et agréable. Nous étions avec 2 enfants en bas âge, donc la marche est un peu longue jusqu’à la plage la plus proche mais nous nous rapprochions en voiture facilement ou nous avons privilégié d’autres plages. Petite balade en forêt très sympa le soir au coucher du soleil. Piscine très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par William. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour !

Ruhiges, geräumiges Ferienhaus

Wir hatten 14 Tage, das Haus ist optimal für Familien mit Hund. 3 Schlafzimmerund eine schöne Terasse und grosser Garten. Dieser ist allerdings etwas rustikal angelegt aber uns hat es gereicht. In dem Haus hat nichts gefehlt. Einzig die Schlafzimmer könnten für die ganz heissen Nächte gern einen Ventilator vertragen. Lage war für uns mit Hund klasse, direkt am Wald, Der u.a. zu dem Haus gehöhrende Gemeinschaftspool war nah und sehr sauber.
