If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made on arrival.

The villa can only accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.
Very pretty villa for 10 people with communal swimming pool, air conditioning, unlimited wifi access, TV and parking space between sea and forest.
This beautiful, typically Spanish house is very spacious and has a magnificent exterior.
You will enter via a very bright veranda which opens onto a very spacious and also very bright living room. In this room is the Free Wifi with unlimited access as well as the TV with the Astra 19.2 satellite channels (European channels).
On the right there are 3 beautiful bedrooms. Two of them have a large 150 cm bed and the third has two 90 cm beds. In the middle, 2 bathrooms with wc, one bathroom with shower and the other with bathtub.
On the left of the living room, access to the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, frying pans, etc ...) but also fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc ... A machine to wash is in the garage.
All this level is air conditioned.
Below the house is a fourth very large bedroom with a large 150 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, as well as a separate bathroom with shower and wc.
The exterior is very flowery and goes around the entire villa. On the left, a space with a table and chairs, protected by a roof and a blind. A very good barbecue equips this part. Continuing, another space with an olive tree where you can put deckchairs. In this corner is the access to the community swimming pool which is large and very well maintained. Only 4 villas overlook the swimming pool area, which makes it very peaceful even in summer.
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm for any problems.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood L’Escala

Nice house with shared swimming pool. But not many people used the pool so it felt like almost private pool. 15 min walk to center were you find bars and restaurant and the beach. Host and his daughter were friendly and communication was perfect.

Fabulous, easy, quick communication with host, who graciously addressed an issue we had. Great quiet neighbourhood. Lovely interior— no need to use air conditioning in September as open windows with mosquito screens allow refreshing breeze to freshen the house. It was the best equipped and provisioned kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental! We loved the multiple large towels, the pool, the sun room, the garden and garden furniture. 5 stars out if a possible 5 stars!! Thanks William!!!

A Perfect Stay on the Costa Brava – Spotless Home & Wonderful Host!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday residence on the Costa Brava. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculately clean. Every room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and comfortably furnished, which made settling in a breeze.The location was ideal for exploring the stunning coastline and nearby villages, yet peaceful enough for relaxing evenings on the terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped. A special mention goes to William, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We didn't know how a kitchen appliance worked and William came in 30 minutes to explain. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and always being available if we had a question.If you're looking for a worry-free holiday in a pristine home with a gracious and attentive host, this is the place. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Costa Brava!

Ruim huis met meerdere slaapkamers.Verschillende terrasjes om buiten in de schaduw danwel zon lekker te kunnen zitten. Het communityzwembad is fijn en rustig.

Toller Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und hat den Bildern entsprochen. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig & die Betten sehr weich. Ansonsten war alles super - wir würden die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen!

Très agréable

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances, la maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle . Le frigo est un peu juste pour 10 personnes un autre frigo serait un plus, mais sinon tout était parfait.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, als wir ein Problem hatten, ist sofort jemand gekommen, alles ist sehr sauber. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vielen Dank! Es ist ein schönes Haus, genau wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das ist ja überall so, wenn man nicht im eigenen Bett schläft. Das Haus und die Ausstattung bietet ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Ein riesen Vorteil sind die drei Bäder und natürlich der Pool -Gemeinschaftspool- hat aber weniger gestört. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Séjour très agréable dans cette superbe maison à L'Escala, prestation tout à fait en correspondance avec l'annonce. Nous étions 9 personnes, très spacieux. Piscine très propre, mer à 20 min à pieds. Merci à William et son équipe pour leur accueil, équipe très professionnelle. Adresse à retenir pour revenir sur la Costa Brava.

Tres bonne location, spacieuse et bien equipee. Le gerant a ete tres reactif et flexible. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. Un frigo plus grand serait une amelioration à creuser, un peu juste pour 8 personnes.

Location familiale parfaite

Cette villa coche toutes les cases pour passer un sejour familial réussi. La piscine communautaire est facilement accessible et les plages nécessitent un véhicule pour Mongo et Ampurias. La beauté des sites justifient de prendre le véhicule les parkings sont peu chers et parfois gratuits. La puece climatisée dans la villa est un plus pour se reposer les jours de grande chaleur. L'espace exterieur est judicieusement aménagé pour permettre à chacun de s'isoler si besoin. Ce séjour était le deuxième dans cette villa. Nous la recommandons.

Das Haus war gut, eine kleine Reparatur wurde umgehend behoben. Der Verwalter war immer sofort zu erreichen, auch im Vorwege! Sehr sympathisch. Ein Teil der Matratzen war gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch wir hatten ein Zimmer als Ausweichzimmer, daher klappte es dann gut. Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da, was wir brauchten. Pool war schön zu haben und das Wandergebiet ganz nahbei war auch perfekt. Also beste Lage für uns.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer angenehmen und ruhigen Wohngegend, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut aufgeteilt, der Garten mit der überdachten Lounge Atmosphäre und Grill sehr schön. Der Pool ist sauber und liegt direkt am Garten, dieser kann täglich vom 9-22 Uhr genutzt werden. Der Pool wird von mehreren Besitzern genutzt. Das Gebäude ist komplett umzäunt, sodass der Hund das Grundstück nicht unbeaufsichtigt verlassen konnte. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und war auch notwendig. Insgesamt haben wir uns ( 4 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist: Die Matratzen haben keine gute Qualität, alle 4 Erwachsene hatten nach ein paar Tagen Rückenschmerzen. Im einem Badezimmer war der Ablauf des Waschbeckens defekt, das Wasser lief nicht ab. Das wurde mitgeteilt- lieder wurde der Defekt ( mechanisch) in den 14 Tagen nicht behoben. In der Küche funktionierte die Dunstabzughaube nicht, das war für uns schwierig, da wir fast täglich gekocht haben. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche und in beiden Bädern ist noch ausbaufähig. Wir hatten hier eine schöne und erholsamen Zeit und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Beste Grüße U. Wernhoff / Germany / September 2022

Villa agréable

Villa ds un environnement calme, proche de la mer et de nombreux sites touristiques ( cadaques, ruines d empuries , Gerone…) la piscine est partagée avec une dizaine de maisons ms reste relativement accessible sans personne . Petit bémol pour la pression de l eau , la cafetière et des grands saladiers qui manquent quand on loue pour 10 personnes. Nous recommandons cette location.
