Easy access to grocery store, gas station, beauty salon, library, church, restaurants. Extended Stay guests (booked for a week or more) will enjoy significantly reduced rates (falling within GSA per diem guidelines). Your group, or family can enjoy small town life while relaxing with all the comforts of home

It was perfect for our stay. It was my 2 sisters and I with our husbands. We enjoy being able to make breakfast Saturday morning and have any pans, skillets and spices available. Thank you we will be staying here again.

4 sisters stayed. We were going to the flea market. It had everything we needed. The place was very clean. A little quirky in the layout. It reminded us of staying at grandma's house3. Check in and check out was very easy.

enjoyed stay

We enjoyed the stay, but left a day early because a very bad storm was predicted. No basement or storm shelter listed, no garage for car. Hope to come again next year for planning ministry retreat. Everything was great. Loved the homey atmosphere.

Cozy and Comfortable

Elm House is cozy and comfortable…like going to Gramma’s house! It is neat and clean and well stocked. From kitchen supplies to comfy seating in the living room to a bounty of towels in the bathrooms, every need has been anticipated.

Great find!

Troy is a nice quiet town and the Elm house is a perfect fit. We needed a getaway and enjoyed this location. Very clean, nice amenities, good communication from hosts. We highly recommend this home.

We stayed here while attending the KC Chiefs training camp in St. Joseph, MO. The property has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Troy, KS is a charming, quiet little town and the house was clean, well equipped and comfortable with a responsive owner. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great place to stay

Fantastic hosts and place to stay. Loved this house in the town of Troy. Took the dogs for a walk in the town square closeby. Sparkling clean classically appointed decor. Well stocked kitchen and we will be back next year on our annual trip. It was a gem of a find!

A Jewel in Troy

This is a well-stocked home. Very comfortable with a lot of country charm. Hosts left nothing for want. Except for clothes and food, everything else was provided. Thanks for a great place to stay while we were in Troy for the weekend.
