Quaint peaceful waterfront cabin #1, two bedroom

Welcome to our waterfront cabins! Stay in one of our four cabins right off the Missouri River. Watch as tug boats travel up and down the river, or join them by kayaking and jet skiing. Bike along the river or hike on a new trail being built right beside our cabins. Go play at the casino right down the road, or just relax and watch the sunrise hit the water as you sip coffee on on of our private porches.

Kenneth was a great host and enjoyable to visit with. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable and sitting and watching the river was relaxing. We wanting a relaxing few days away and this was a perfect place to go.

Cabin was comfortable and quite. Had an issue with the water not being hot the first night. Got it fixed fast the next morning.

Very peaceful

Loved being right on the river. Owner was very helpful. The decor was beautiful custom wood paneling which made it feel extra cozy. Everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive. We will be back!

Relaxing stay in a cute cabin

The property was right on the river. The owner was super nice and offers you early check in and late check out if no one is booked. Great back patio with chairs, bbq pit and fire pit. Comfy beds and wifi. Will definitely be booking again.

Unplugged

Unplugging was our goal - we achieved it! The location is perfect! Not sure that the property was ready for occupancy…no hot water in the kitchen, no pots, pans, utensils. Ants came to visit the bedroom and 1 air conditioner was out of service. But the location was spectacular!

Quaint River cabin

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The host met us at the cabin for check in. He gave us a tour of the cabin we were renting as well as a couple other cabins he has. The view of the river was spectacular and very relaxing to set out on the back porch. We were there to attend the Chiefs Training Camp. The evening before our departure our host offered to let us go to the training camp the next morning and return back to the cabin to pack up and have a late checkout. That was very convenient for us not to have to pack up at 6:30 am that morning. Thank you again Reader. Would definitely stay again. It is a bit remote with a store not down the street, just be prepared with supplies that you will need. The beds were very comfortably and the cabin air conditioning worked well.

Nice quiet place with great sinsets

The place was very quaint, nice and peaceful. Only two complaints were the frigerator didn't keep things cold & the freezer didn't keep things frozen & one of the AC units wasn't working in bedroom

Historic property, right on the river with panoramic sunrise & sunset views! Host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable for our two night stay! 10 out of 10, I have recommended to family and friends as we plan to stay again.

Missouri Wedding

Nice property, close to the river. Host was friendly & informative. Beautiful cabin along the river. Good place to watch the stars at night. Comfortable beds. We had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.
