Inside, guests are welcomed into a bright kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a functional layout perfect for preparing meals between beach outings. The kitchen flows into the dining area with seating for six plus four additional barstools, creating a natural gathering space.
The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and even a small desk area for those needing to check in with work. Sliding doors open to the oversized balcony, where a dining table for five invites you to enjoy coastal breezes and spectacular Gulf views.
Down the hallway, the private sleeping quarters provide comfort for everyone. The master suite features a king bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and easy access to a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hall, the second bedroom offers two queen beds, its own TV, and access to a large adjacent bathroom, perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Had a great stay! Solely was quick to respond when we had a small maintenance issue and fixed it immediately! The plan was super nice - my only note would be the recliner was very stained so didn’t really feel comfortable sitting in it, but otherwise everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay and would def stay here again!

Excellent condo, we would definitely stay here again. Spacious. Loved the balcony, where you can sit and hear the waves when the weather wasnt co ducive for the beach or pool ( we went in Feb). . Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Great pool, hot tub and exercise room. waveswaves

2 weeks at edgewater 3-23 to 4-6

upside: the unit itself was great, nicely updated and stocked well. Would rent this unit again for sure. wish they gave 2 gate cards so you could have one in the car and one for when you walked across the way to grocery store or restaurants. downside: We have been coming to Edgewater for about 14 years now and have always liked the location, building, ETC. management has never been shy about posting notices in elevators or making announcements over the intercom when there have been some kind of bad behavior.This year no such action, not sure why.. i don;t know what happened this year but it was a total #$%& show. i have never seen so many spring break kids there and there was no security person making rounds the first week and the second week they brought in a Sherriff deputy to walk around but as soon as he made the round it went back to party central. They put chairs on the roof of the tiki bar , they broke a light in the pool, they broke the railing out around the basketball court, there were always 15-20 kids in the hot tub and most under their posted age limit and they have cameras watching all these areas and nobody went and enforced any type of rules. Elevators only worked half the time and people had been stuck on them. if this is the type of crowd you want to cater to then it seems short sighted as they are only there for a couple weeks but it is going to make people like myself not come back who are your long term customers....

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. The location in the complex made it simple to get to the pool, the beach, and the parking garage. The complex location in Miramar made it simple to get to the grocery across the street and nearby shopping and attractions. Easy spot to be as restful or as active as you wish. Thanks!

Excellent home away from home on beach!

Comfortably furnished, fully outfitted condo is right on the beach in a complex with 2 beautiful pools, a kiddie pool and hot tub (for adults only). There is a beach toy box on the balcony that has plenty of buckets, shovels and other beach toys for you to enjoy. The beach is large, clean and the water is typically calm and shallow with sandy bottom - perfect for new swimmers. Condo complex has agreement with Holiday Isles for provision of beach chairs and umbrellas at an additional cost. Area is great for families. Groceries, restaurants (fast food and sit down) as well as some outlet shopping are within walking distance of the complex. Would be easy to fly down and uber only when necessary rather than rent a car.

Convenient location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and multiple large pools. Highly recommend the beach chair service, especially if you have kids. Unit was spacious and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several different condos at Edgewater. This was the best one ever. Very clean and more updated than the ones from previous visits. The beach towels were greatly appreciated!

Excellent Extended Stay

Unit is comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishware, utensils. Located within easy walking distance to Winn Dixie and several restaurants. Toy box on the balcony has buckets and shovels for the beach. Everything you need to have a home away from home experience. Property amenities are all in good repair. 2 large pools with one heated for winter and a hot tub make this property a nice year round location. Beach is generously wide with beautiful soft white sand. Great for long walks and the shallow surf makes it super family friendly.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! We loved the condo. The exterior of the building could use some updating but other than that it was great. The pool area was excellent. Great beach view, really enjoyed our stay will definitely be back!

Outstanding stay

Highly recommend! This condo has an AMAZING view from the living room AND the master bedroom, comfy beds, necessity starter package, clean, hot tub, 2 pools, close to restaurants and so many FUN places to venture to. Beach is steps away! Washer/dryer in the unit, gated and easy check in. Tyler @ Soleybeachfront is friendly/fast responses for questions! Look no further~ THIS is the place to stay!

Beach location property

Edgewater Condos are always clean, good location, nice pools, nice beach in front of property. If you bring your own chairs, they don't want you anywhere in front of pay rental chairs. That's their request not the law. That's tuff cause they go out at 7am and blanket the beach. Not fair really. Should leave space in front of condos for non rental Edgewater customers.

Great Vacation Condo

Very often the online photos do not match the actual condition of the unit. Not in this case, the condo looked as good in person as it did in the online photo. The condo was absolutely clean and everything worked. The furniture was comfortable and beds were very comfortable as well. Kitchen was well outfitted except it could use a couple of non-stick frying pans to replace the non-stick ones. The resort was nice but needs a little TLC. The location was excellent with places to eat and a grocery store within easy walking distance. I would defintely stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend looking for a place on the Emerald Coast.
