This chic solar-powered Spanish revival home boasts two master bedrooms situated on opposite corners of the home and open-concept living and dining areas, all with sliding glass doors that open out to the pool and spa, outdoor lounging areas, and all sunset-facing panoramic views of the fairways and the iconic San Jacinto mountains. The two other guest bedrooms face the sunrise. The master en-suite and guest bathrooms feature LED vanity mirrors with defoggers, sleek toilets with soft closing seats, and rainfall showers for an ultimate soothing experience. We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup remover towelettes.
The well-appointed interiors showcase over 14-foot cathedral ceilings, a grand classic fireplace in the living room, and spacious rooms with 12-foot ceilings.
This home features a keyless entry for easy access, an Alexa-enabled dimmable LED lighting system for ambiance throughout, and multiple USB wall outlets everywhere for your gadgets. Enjoy over 50” Smart HDTVs in every room for your late-night viewing pleasure, dedicated Netflix and Sling TV access, and Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speakers to play tunes from our home’s Spotify account.
All bedrooms feature king beds and heavenly down pillows. They also feature blackout drapes and/or top-down, bottom-up shades. For convenience, closet drawers, luggage racks, and cloth hangers are inside every bedroom closet.
The kitchen enjoys excellent views of the pool and the fairways, too. It comes with a side-by-side refrigerator with a filtered water spout and freezer, a 4-burner electric cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a blender, and a large toaster. Cooking and dining ware, dishwashing and cleaning essentials, and trash bags are provided.
The bar next to the living and dining areas is where you can show your friends some of your cocktail recipes. It's complete with a wash sink and wine/drink cooler.
Nightly Rates and other fees
Total nightly rates, cleaning fees, and other extras are subject to a mandatory 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax and 1% County of Riverside Tourism Assessment Fee. There is NO TAX for stays over 28 days. Nightly prices fluctuate daily according to demand.
The pool can be heated upon request and with at least 72 hours advance notice (Extra daily pool and spa heating fees apply to the entire length of stay, pricing based on the current market price of natural gas). When heated, the pool and spa are kept up to 88° F. Spa-only heating is NOT offered.
Dogs are welcome but must be pre-approved, well-behaved, and flea-free. The fee is $100/pet/day. A maximum of 2 pets per stay and a 30-pound limit per pet are allowed. Please confirm that guests will not allow their pets on beds and furniture. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
Apart from the endless serene walks and hikes available next door, we provide two mountain bikes so you can enjoy the gorgeous late afternoons and early mornings along miles of bike trails along the Tahquitz Golf Fairways and nature areas.
Special weekends, including the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, LGBT Pride and Music Festivals, and holidays, may require a 3-night minimum.

Other things to note
[1] The City of Palm Springs requires the primary guest who made the booking to be at least 25 years old and shall be responsible for all the other guests during the stay.
[2] A copy of government-issued photo ID (Driver's License), email, and full names of all guests are required to be submitted after booking.
[3] A rental contract is required to be signed by the city of Palm Springs.
[4] The guest on record must provide a list of all guests' full names and vehicles, including license plate numbers.
[5] Up to a maximum occupancy of 10 guests at any given time - max of 8 adults only AND 2 children (12 y.o. and under). An extra person fee applies after the 6th guest.
[6] Upon check-in, the primary guest on record shall send a photo of a required Statement (about city rules and regulations on renting a vacation rental) with the signatures of all adult guests.
[7] Outdoor music and noise are not allowed. The City of Palm Springs is very strict in enforcing this ordinance, and it will come with a $500 fine to the guest and a citation to the homeowner. The guest on record will receive an appropriate review on his/her VRBO account.
[8] No smoking/vaping inside the home.
[9] The home is along the fairway. The property does get occasional golf balls :)
[10] Request pool heating at least 5 days before the check-in date. Pool heating is an extra fee and includes the complimentary use of the spa/jacuzzi at 88°F. Spa heating only is NOT offered.
[11] Do not use white towels to remove makeup and other non-washable products. We will charge the primary guest $10 for stained hand towels and $20 for bath towels.
