Bring family & friends to share this Santa Fe-style house with plenty of room to spread out. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, newly renovated gourmet kitchen & finely appointed furnishings welcome you inside. Outside- relax next to the Pebble Tec pool, Jacuzzi that fits 8, premium outdoor kitchen & a Zen-like outdoor space. Just mins from Indian Wells Tennis Ctr, El Paseo & Empire Polo Fields- there's no reason to work/play/stay anywhere else.

Our family was in town for a wedding. This property had plenty of outdoor and indoor space to accommodate the seven of us very comfortably. The host made communication super easy and replied to our questions promptly. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again. Thank you.

A Quiet Vacation House

We booked this house after seeing the listing and it meet every expectation. The host was very receptive to all of our needs and sent detailed instructions for check in and check out that were easy to follow. He was also available for any questions or concerns I had.We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.

Great spot for a family!

Everything was as advertised. Host (Nigel) was a very good communicator. The house was perfect for our needs (3 families of 3 celebrating mom’s 80th birthday. Location was great near hotels restaurants etc. everything important was in working order. Check in was easy we would definitely stay here again

The house worked well for 3 couples and 2 teens. The kitchen area was spacious for all the cooking we did. The hot tub our favorite hangout space.

Great home!

We were a group of 9 senior ladies. The house was spacious and clean. The layout of the house was perfect. The location was perfect for us. It was close to stores. Our host was so responsive to every question. The maintenance man was so friendly and nice. The space worked well for us. We will stay again when the opportunity presents itself.

Casa perfecto!

Seven tennis chicks ( in our 70s), enjoyed our stay at this lovely, extremely roomy and comfortable home. The home was spotless, beds were extra comfy; the kitchen was spacious. The home was bright- just wish the weather had been warm enough to enjoy the pool & hot tub.Our host was super & communicated timely & responded to our questions.I highly recommend this for an enjoyable getaway to beautiful scenery and adventures in southern CA

Spacious and quiet but not a gated community

The house was nice, as in the pictures. The VRBO site puts this house in the gated community of Woodhaven, but if you look elsewhere on the website, the property is actually behind the shopping plaza on the corner, and not in a gated community. So we were very disappointed about that.The main share bathroom tub/shower was not clean upon arrival. The shower curtains on that bathroom and one other were very used and need to be replaced. That was off-putting.I was surprised to be asked to pay to heat the pool, so beware there is a charge.Owner is easy to deal with, and his onsite support was very good.House is well stocked, so no issue there, except the toilet paper was really cheap so we went and bought our own.The kitchen and sitting areas are very nice. The beds were all comfortable in the 4 main rooms. Be aware that the 'bunk room' looks like it used to be an old entry way to the house. Not really suitable for paying adult guests: we didn't use it.Friendly neighbour. He asked is he could go through our trash bins to pick out the bottles !!! Never had that happen before.Overall it was a good property. We would not stay again as we wanted a gated community.

Extremely rude owner and malfunctioning items

I hate to write negative reviews, but I felt this was necessary this time. Let me start by saying there were multiple items that were either malfunctioning or extremely dirty. The AC vent was so clogged and dirty that the AC was struggling. The entire house was dusty as hell. The smoke alarm/ CO detector went off at 5am in the morning due to low battery. The maintenance guy could fix it because he didn’t have that particular type of battery so, he just took it and left us without a smoke/CO detector. We had multiple issues with the pool system such as the pool heating and pool work going down ( we paid for the pool heating each day and barely got to use it each day). The work part was when I contacted the owner about these various things, he was very rude and said, “I’m not going to make him come out there for a third time in one day. He already showed you how to use it. If he has time, he can come out tomorrow”. Mind you, the three times he discussed was not for frivolous reasons. 1 was for the smoke detector going off and 1 was for the pool system not working. So, these are necessary things for safety plus things we paid for. Overall, very bad experience and I wouldn’t stay here again. The house was not worth it and the owner’s attitude made it that much worse.

Would definitely stay again!

From the moment we booked it was a great experience. The host was quick to respond to all our questions, giving great recommendations for dining and things to do. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was just as listed. It was clean and well stocked with indoor and outdoor towels and linens. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and had plenty of pots, pans and bake ware. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Bermuda Dunes

I had a lovely time with 11 of my friends at this property. The pool was awesome and there is ample space in the living room and dining room for all of us to hang out. Despite a faulty fire alarm on the first night, Nigel helped get everything situated the next morning. We had a great time!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. We loved the retractable patio shade and the beds were oh so comfy! Would love to stay again. Nigel and his team were great! Only negative is the room with the bunk beds did not have a curtain over the window so sleeping in was an issue.
