We had a terrible experience. Our reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before our stay. We had to cancel all our flights, car rental and even our fun events we had booked and paid for. I’ve been using VRBO for 10 years and never had this problem in the past. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Vacation Club in St. Thomas. The studio was very clean, modern, and well designed, with a beautiful ocean view. Waking up in the morning and seeing the turquoise water right from the balcony was incredible.The resort has a fantastic island atmosphere. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Everything is well maintained and very relaxing. The beach area is also great for swimming and enjoying the Caribbean sun.

Enjoyed our stay. Pools are amazing. Property clean and well cared for. Check-in easy. Beach wasn't the best but plenty of other options near by. Would stay again.

The host was very responsive throughout the booking process (hence the rating). The hotel itself could use some upgrades. The room was good but bars are not even remotely fully stocked and the customer service was just mediocre. We just needed a place to rest our heads but if you’re looking for an amenities driven hotel then this isn’t for you.

Never got to use my booking. The host here canceled on me less than 24 hours before I had to check in. I was traveling for a wedding and all places near the wedding were sold out. Had to rent a car that I wasn’t planning on and drive from one side of the island to other. Probably one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Wound up causing me thousands of dollars extra in travel expense.

My place was canceled last minute. Apparently, the host was not responding to the management company. We were refunded, but we had to scramble last minute to find somewhere to stay. Unfortunately, we had a unit that wasn’t canceled and was not refundable at the late date. So we had to split up and stay at two different places. The whole thing was just a bummer.

Host canceled my reservation 2 days before I flew there leaving zero reason… had to cancel entire vacation as no accommodations were available with such short notice. I would avoid reserving any properties from this “person” in the future..

They cancelled our reservation 48 hours before we were supposed to arrive. We had received confirmation in December. It appears there are a lot of scams through margaritaville and another resort. These time share rentals are a complete scam.

I confirmed before i left on my reservations 9 nights with you. You replied all set. I check into Margaritaville they had 7 nights only for my stay, I PAYED FOR 9!! Unbelievable!! The resort said they no rooms available for 2 extra nights which made me very upset with you. I get to my room i check Margaritaville main website look if they had those 2 nights available, they had every option room available a complete lie from the resort. I call you very upset, you did fix it with the resort. Still, this should never happen, we chatted before i left and you personally said!! All set for stay and obvious it wasn't.
