One of the most unique vacation experiences in downtown Colorado Springs! Located just one block from the newest restaurants and cafes in town, this updated home is one of the comfiest summer rentals you will find. Described as staying in a cozy cabin in the middle of downtown’s trendiest neighborhood, enjoy the Rocky Mountain air in the spacious backyard that boasts a firepit, deck, flagstone patio, and fountain. Bike to Colorado’s most breathtaking trails at Red Rocks Park or Helen Hunt Falls. Guests overwhelmingly agree that this home feels spacious, even though it has a unique, tiny-home feel. Guests love the outdoor deck, flagstone patio, firepit, and grill. Even though you are in the most happening part of downtown Colorado Springs, the backyard feels like a peaceful oasis. The large desk and high-speed WiFi make it a great place to work remotely. There are so many choices for restaurants, cafes, and music venues within walking distance that you could stay for a week and not get to all of them. And, if outdoor activities are your vibe, then this is the perfect location. You can bike to Red Rocks Open Space, which has endless hiking and mountain biking trails for all levels. You are also a ten-minute drive from Garden of the Gods and Helen Hunt Falls, each of which boasts their own extensive trail networks and breathtaking views. If golf is your game, play and dine the Broadmoor, which is less than ten minutes away and has hosted the PGA tour for multiple events. There is so much to do and see just outside your door! You are also about 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy and ten minutes from Fort Carson.

Guest ID Verification + Damage Protection Deposit Policy:

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit via our insurance provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee.

Important: your reservation will not be considered finalized unless this 'Know Your Guest' guest ID verification + fraud prevention process is completed.

Great walking location

We had a great stay, the neighborhood was very quiet, the house was clean and cozy. A pretty central location so it did not take long to get where we needed to by car and about a 15 minute walk to restaurants downtown.

Great Access To Downtown Colorado Springs

This cozy cottage was very comfortable! The property was clean and well-maintained throughout. The location was great -I loved walking to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Colorado Springs. The owners were very responsive and professional in all our communications. Having such a well-kept home base made exploring the area a breeze. I would recommend it!"

Perfectly appointed, great location

I had an amazing stay at the Cozy Cottage in Colorado Springs! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The gas fire pit was a highlight for us, providing the perfect spot to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the area and all the Springs has to offer. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host check-in/out process, communication and local recommendations were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Colorado Springs. I hope to stay here again on my next visit!

Adventure in Colorado Springs

We loved this little cottage. It was comfortable for my wife and me. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Short drive to Garden of the Gods, the Manitou Incline, and a great biking adventure down Pike's Peak. Nice patio to hang out with a cold beverage after a good day's hike. Very comfortable place for a couple.

Clean, Cozy, Comfy

We were looking for a small affordable place to stay for our 9 days in Colorado Springs.This Cozy Cottage was perfect! It was close to the airport, had outside space and a grill, all things we were looking for. We first walked in and it was clean, smelled good and was just a nice space. It was close to everything we wanted to go do and see. I liked that there are a mix of different restaurants within walking distance we only had to drive once to go out for dinner. The owners were quick with replies when I had a question about the Tv and trash. It was nice that linens, soaps and paper products were there for us, also Spices, they had oatmeal and coffee pods/sugar, but we had stopped on the way at the store so bought coffee and sugar, but it was nice they had some there. The bed was very comfortable, the couch not so much as it is a pull out bed, but it was fine to watch a few shows at night. It was a nice quite area we enjoyed sitting out back in the evenings although you can hear the train whistle, its not to close though. The only things I would change is having a taller kitchen sink facet would be nice and make it easier to refill water bottles from the filter on the facet, the filter was nice having so we could fill our own water bottles. Also having an empty dresser we could have used for the week to unpack our suitcases would have been helpful. We really enjoyed this place and would definitly stay here again. We Miss Colorado Springs already! Thanks for sharing

Comfortable and Cozy!

Great place to launch all of your CS adventures from. Walking distance to downtown, with great amenities. Cottage was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed our short stay!

Cozy Cottage

Great stay just outside of the main part of town. Plenty of things in walking distance or just a short 5-7 min drive. The bed was comfy, good AC, and nice firepit. It was an amazing value for the price!

Great South Tejon Downtown location!

I lived in Colorado Springs for 8 years and was returning for a 3 day visit to see friends. The location is at the south end of Tejon and just a short walk from great bars and restaurants. The house is perfect for one or for a couple. You could even add in a kid if you use the pull out. It is all one large room save for the kitchen and bathroom of course. From the photos it appears that the AC and washer/dryer has been upgraded. It was very clean and cute. The fire pit out back was PERFECT. My friends came and parked at the house. Three cars fit just fine. We were able to walk to dinner and bars and then come back and sit around the fire. This was actually my first VRBO experience and I was amazed at the ease of the process in renting this place. The host was very responsive and thorough. I would stay here again!

The inside is super cozy

This a simple tiny home, the inside was cute and had everything we needed. You can walk across 2 streets and your at a strip of restaurants & bars! It’s a one bedroom but there is no door between the living room & bedroom in case anyone’s not sure! Overall cute stay would do it again!

Quiet but close to everything

Was in Co Springs for a work seminar. The place was easy to find on a very quiet street. I walked to several great places for dinner. I loved the back patio. Was a great place for reading and morning coffee. Would get it again if I’m ever back in town.

A+ for short trip

We had an amazing time in Colorado Springs thanks to this cozy spot near all things to do. It's a short walk to restaurants and bars, has a view of the mountains and was very clean. If we are back on Colorado Springs, we will stay here again.

Quaint and cozy

My wife and I came here to stay for 5 days. Chad was great at communicating and responding to questions. The location was amazing! It was close to anything and had a beautiful view! The cottage was very cool and just what we needed for our stay!
