Perfect cottage

We have stayed at this location twice because it is a perfect place for us. It has a nice, fenced backyard for our pets and enough room to have our kids/grandkids stop by for a cookout. We feel like we are home when we stay at Lori's house. We will always stay here when visiting the kids, if it is available.

Cute Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The location and house we stayed in was clean and well decorated. Just a word o advice for any tall people, the ceiling is extremely low. I’m 6’7” and the only complaint from me was the head clearance. , I was hitting for head on everything.

Comfy and cozy

It was awesome stay. Lori answered all our questions and concerns. The property is next to everything you want to do in Colorado Springs but also close to all major stores and restaurants.

Charming home

The location of the property proved to be very beneficial during our time in Colorado Springs. Close to everything! The home has a large driveway ensuring off-street parking for convenience and peace of mind. Updated interior throughout home provides fresh feel and home was stocked with amenities which made our stay very pleasant. Outdoor sitting areas in both front and back of the property. Delightful! Definitely a property we would stay at again if in the Colorado Springs area. For individuals who love hiking amongst the trees consider visiting the Cheyenne Canon Park (do not confuse this with the Cheyenne Mountain State Park). My husband did mix the two up and I'm glad he did. The City Park, Cheyenne Canon Park was a wonderful park to drive through with multiple spots to park and hit the trails. Take Cheyenne Blvd (which is just a block north of this property. Follow Cheyenne Blvd west until your come to Starsmore Discovery Center. Take a right which puts you onto N. Cheyenne Canon Rd which takes you to the park.

Wonderful

The property is beautiful from the moment you pull up. Very well maintained. Even though you're close to a main street and a lot of businesses, the fencing and the trees and bushes that surround the property make you feel like you are very much secluded from all that. When you enter the property even though the square footage is small they do such a great job of Furnishing and using that square footage that you don't feel like you're in a tiny little place. The decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable. The cute little back yard is perfect. I will say if you have a smaller dog bring a leash just in case. They do have a wooden privacy fencing all around but the fencing at the edge of the driveway is more wrought iron looking and my dog was small enough to fit through. But the average dog should have no problem. Overall it was a great stay and if I needed to I would stay here again.

Our first morning we had a deer visit that spent the morning in the front yard. It was a great start to a great stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect stay for us

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lori's property. The house was very comfortable and was a perfect place for us and our two pets. The backyard was fenced and perfect to allow us to allow the pets to exercise. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe. There were deer walking around across the street. We will attempt to stay at this property the next time we are back in Colorado Springs

Great location, great house!

My husband and our puppers stayed at Lori’s home. She greeted us upon our arrival, and it was super easy to check in. The house has a fenced in backyard perfect for traveling with our dogs. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The neighborhood is close to many things including the freeway so it was easy to get around. We'll definitely stay again!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed plus extras we didn't know we needed. The yard was beautifully landscaped and great for our dogs. The location was great. We would stay here again.

Great little cottage!

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Colorado. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were beautiful. The surrounding area is a little bit sketchy but nothing scary. We had a great time! There were bunnies and squirrels in the backyard. The little touches like easy close darkening blinds in the master bedroom, spices in the kitchen, and little soaps in the bathroom were appreciated. Perfect VRBO experience.

Very happy guests

This is the best rental we've ever rented it had everything that you would need in a household and then some, it was a great location the house was very clean the yard was wonderful the backyard was great for our little dog, the only thing I think it needed was a grab bar in the bathroom for the handicapped that's it, wonderful place to stay highly recommend!

Very comfortable and close to all the best parts of the Springs.

The house was very comfortable and had a lot of little extras. There were dark towels for makeup and lots of extra blankets. There were several games and pantry essentials. My favorite part was comfortable beds and quality linens. I cannot stand scratchy cheap linens. These were so nice! The host was great and easy to communicate with. The house has a beautiful yard and is close to so many things that I like to do when I visit Colorado Springs yearly. I would definitely stay again.

Great Weekend Stay!!!

The house was immaculate. It is in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and anything that you may need. Also, very close to all of the attractions we wanted to go to. Ex: Air Force academy, Olympic training center and museum as well as Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs. Walking distance to Ivywild school which has bars and restaurants. Really cool place!!! We brought our dogs and the backyard is perfect for them to get some exercise and for the family sit outside in the morning. We would stay here again for sure. Host was great about communicating and anything we needed she was ready to help.

Quaint Lil House

I was impressed with this home. It was clean for being an older home and well taken care of. It met our needs for the time we needed to be in town for the holidays. The check in process was very easy and the owners were easy to communicate with and accommodated our needs! Would highly recommend!

Great Location and Amenities!!!

This was our first trip to Colorado from Texas. The house is in a perfect location to sight see,explore the outdoors and even a day trip to Denver. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Property manager was excellent in communicating with us. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Adorable Home in Colorado Springs

This is a lovely property centrally located with all the amenities for a short stay or for a longer stay. We were privileged to stay four nights. Communication was fabulous with the owner. The home is beautifully decorated and has beautiful landscaping. This home is the perfect getaway. I highly recommend it when you come to this area of Colorado…and when we come back, it will be to this home!

I wanted to be centrally located close to all the amenities: shopping, restaurants, recreational activities and cultural events in an established neighborhood. Since I enjoyed living here so much that when I when I relocated I thought it would make a great place for visitors to the Springs and put it on VRBO.
