Single story, new furnishings throughout home. Very short walk to beach (minutes) or drive and park at the exclusive beachfront parking
adjacent to Avalon fishing pier.
Outside shower, Fireplace, washer and dryer, Master bedroom bed equipped with adjustable head and foot base. Osmosis water treatment system.
Pet friendly, fenced back yard.
Nearby attractions are Jockey ridge park, Wright brothers memorial, many nearby restaurants and shopping places.
Veterinarian clinics, medical offices, pharmacy needs nearby the home too.
Lots of shopping areas close by, Tw's bait and tackle shop for the fishing enthusiasts

My family loves the beach life at our Kill Devil Hills home, quiet neighborhood, and our friendly and helpful neighbors.
The home is located conveniently to many shops, restaurants and attractions, particularly the beach and Avalon pier, and Awful Arthur's restaurant is a must try across the street from the beachfront parking lot, exclusive to us and our guests.
