This spacious 88 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is for rent in Rennes, in the Saint-Hélier district, near the station.

Located on the 6th and top floor with direct lift access to a private landing, it comprises an attractive 42 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room, three good-sized bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room, and a bathroom (with shower and WC).
A private, secure garage is available for a vehicle up to 4.80 m long.
An electric socket is connected to the flat for recharging your electric vehicle (optional).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 42 m² living room with TV, wifi (fibre optics)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing area, 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with double washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail, shower and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- 70m² terrace with trees, south/south-west facing, 2 outdoor tables, 2 deckchairs.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to Rue Saint Hélier, renowned for its shops, its dynamism and its 4 bakeries (including the second best bakery in France M6 2022: Maison Coupel), fishmonger's, butcher's, greengrocer's, cellar, mini-market, chemist's, bar, restaurant, etc.

Great stay in Rennes

Apartment was very spacious and bright -with a great outdoor area. Elevator and parking spot is a plus. Central location and easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Very comfortable and provided everything needed for a week stay. Would definitely recommend. Only negative was only one set of towels each for the week.

Beautiful apartment

My wife and I spent a week here and truly loved this apartment. It was bright, clean and modern, with a truly spectacular wrap-around deck on the top floor of the building. Our hostess, Linda, was very helpful and kind. Would recommend Illanka very highly and definitely hope to return here!

Great Location

Wonderful 6th floor penthouse apartment. 5 minute walk to train station. Very comfortable, lots of room inside and outside. Only issue with stay was elevator did not work for three days of our stay requiring walking up/down 6 floors.
