Cocoonr offers you the Maison Odorico, a rare and atypical property, renovated with care and refinement. This exceptional property showcases Isidore Odorico's famous mosaics, while offering modern comforts.

With a surface area of 75 m², this house can accommodate up to 4 travelers and has a wifi connection (fiber optics).

The accommodation is composed as follows:

1ᵉʳ floor:
A bright 25 m² living room with sitting area and television.
A fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob.
A small adjoining laundry room.

2ᵉ floor:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
The bathroom is a true work of art, preserving Odorico's original mosaics, equipped with a bathtub.
A hallway fitted with bespoke storage, including a hidden office under the staircase.

3ᵉ floor:
A landing with a desk.
A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A modern bathroom with shower.

Please note:
The interior staircase, original and preserved in its authentic style, is narrow and steep. It contributes to the unique charm of the house, but may not be suitable for young children, people with reduced mobility or those with mobility difficulties.
