Just wow!

We had a double birthday party and cousin reunion for cousin couples from all over. We had four adult couples and our 14 year old. Not only was the house spacious enough, it had such a comfortable feel to it. It had plenty of kitchen utensils, place settings, etc. for all 9 of us, easily! The outside area was SO relaxing with the view and comfortable patio furniture. A huge bonus was making lemonade with amazing lemons from the tree in the side yard! I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical due to the low price but nothing was lacking. First class home. My cousins/siblings would all write a review as well but I don't think they can via VRBO. Great, responsive and timely communication from Eric as well answering all of our questions beforehand. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to anything you can think of. Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Successful annual sunshine pilgrimage

We had a lovely time reuniting with friends at this house. Great sized rooms, nice open plan living/kitchen area and beautiful patio. Fresh oranges and lemons growing on-site and wild pigs visiting the golf course across the lake we’re a highlight. Thank you.

We come to the phoenix area with friends to play golf each year. Accommodations were good and location was great for the courses we play.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay in Mesa

I cannot say enough good things about this home and the time we spent there. It's open, comfortable, decorated beautifully, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the six of us staying there plus extra boys from my son's baseball team. We enjoyed our time on the patio and watching the geese and ducks over the water of the nearby golf course. The beds were super comfortable, it was easy to check in/out, the property manager answered all my texts within 10 minutes if I needed anything. The house was a close hop onto the 202 with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I could go on and on - definitely one of the best VRBO properties we've had the pleasure of staying at - highly recommend for larger family or friends sharing a place.

Birthday Party Weekend

The house was PERFECT for our stay. We were 1 mile from our family who live in the area so we went back and forth to their home for the party events!! We had everything we needed and there was plenty of quiet for nap time for my 3 year old grandson.
