Welcome to this bright, airy, newly remodeled home in Mesa. The home has two large living spaces with full formal dining including table for 6 and kitchen eat in island for 4. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a brand new washer/dryer, full kitchen with new appliances and WiFi during your stay. The Master bathroom offers a refreshing resort style multi-head shower and a dedicated office workspace. The secondary bathroom has a shower / bathtub combo. Sparkling heated pool with outdoor TV for comfortable outdoor living (Pool heating is an additional charge of $50 per day). A full two car garage is available for guest use. We hope you enjoy what our place and Mesa have to offer.

Wonderful! We were in town to visit family for the holiday with our dog. The house was clean, modern, spacious and exactly as described, if not better. As an added touch we arrived to a beautifully lit Christmas tree & decor! We visit Mesa regularly and would absolutely stay here again.

The home itself was as described and we enjoyed our stay, but our experience after checkout was extremely disappointing.The owner withheld 250 from our damage deposit for a cabinet faceplate under the kitchen sink that came off during normal use. The piece appeared to be poorly repaired and attached with glue only. The owner also admitted this has happened before with other guests, which clearly points to an ongoing maintenance issue—not damage caused during our stay.We took care to leave the home in good condition.It’s concerning to be charged for something that appears to be a known, recurring issue. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this property.

Bonnie and her group left our home an absolute disaster. One of the dirtiest guests we've had. Muddy footprints everywhere inside including on one of our sofas. Not sure why anyone would put muddy shoes on a couch. When we arrived to clean the home after their departure, one of our fixed cabinet door fronts was broken off and laying on the counter. Bonnie never mentioned it to us. To be clear - a fixed cabinet faceplate does not get normal use. It's fixed and inoperable. In our experience this has been the best indication of when a guest has broken something and are aware it is their fault - they do not report it. We only charged Bonnie about 60% of the actual cost to repair the damage they caused but should have charged her more given the state they left our home in. This guest is not recommended if you do not want your rental home trashed.

Awesome, spacious, well appointed home

We had a nice 3 night stay at this beautiful home in a great Mesa location. Very spacious home with a terrific outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.

Flew in for a wedding. The stay here was excellent-zero complaints. It was spacious, very quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes for making meals. Very clean. Would highly recommend

We stayed for 2 months and we had a Fabulous time. When we walked in the home it was welcoming, clean and so much space. It was decorated with touches of home. From "It's a Wonderful Life" framed saying in the laundry room area to the patio outside. You could tell it was well taken care of. It was well stocked with anything you needed, which was wonderful after a very long drive. Safe neighborhood for walking. The bedrooms were spacious with large closets. TV's and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and also spacious. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The Kitchen was very well stocked ( we didn't have to use anything we brought) and overlooked the southwest to see the beautiful sunsets in the evening. There was a fire place, and a Family area that was cozy and plenty of area to relax. There was a very cool coffee/tea area to prepare any types of drinks. Large refrigerator/freezer to store all that you may need. So much storage it was Amazing.It was pet friendly and our little dog Denali was very Happy. We had a wonderful time enjoying the (heated) pool and it helped that everyday was 85* or higher. The garage was clean and spacious. We Would Highly recommend a stay at this Beautiful Home. Thank you for sharing your Home us. It's a 10 for Sure!

Super cozy home in Mesa!

Was able to find this home last minute for 4th of July weekend. House was super nice and cozy. The pool in the back was up against a golf course and it was very relaxing. Place was fully stocked with everything you need. The only thing we didnt like was the big windows with no curtains because it let so much light in during the day and it being the AZ summer it kinda sucks. But the ac was nice and cold and everything was perfect. The backyard is enclosed so if you have any dogs its perfect. We will definitely love to stay again in the future. Thanks so much.

Absolutely beautiful home

First of all this home is gorgeous! It’s tucked away in a darling neighborhood of beautiful homes with beautiful yards. It’s very nicely decorated inside and outside. You can see and feel how much thought the owner of this home has put into making it into a very nice and accommodating vacation rental. The host, Chris was very responsive with the VRBO app answering my questions promptly. He was super nice and very professional. The layout of this house is a dream. All brand new appliances and fixtures. Well lit up with plenty of ceiling fans and a wonderful air conditioner. It’s very open with big windows & nice views of the golf course which is directly behind the home. We used the pool a lot. Towels were provided and outdoor seating was comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. We definitely will stay again when we visit Mesa, Arizona next time. I highly recommend booking with Chris and his VRBO rental. It’s such a comfortable place to stay and definitely a high end home. The home owners put a lot of thought into making it very nice for their guests.

Beyond Fantastic Stay

We LOVED everything about this home and will definitely return again with our family. Completely updated, very well maintained and inviting! Such an incredible and welcoming home that fit our family of 4 adults and 5 young kids beautifully! We appreciated the spacious areas to relax and the pool to dip in with outdoor covered patio, table, comfortable couch to lounge and several televisions indoors and out. The pool is not heated, but with temperatures in the 80’s during the day and 50’s at night…the kids loved it! (We stayed in late February and to the adults it was more like a “cold plunge” but swimmable for some. The beautiful kitchen had everything we could need and more with a very well stocked coffee/tea bar with plenty of options!! We were pleased to have everything for cooking meals and baking; including a great oven/stove, air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, cookware and kid-friendly plates and cups too! The 3 bedroom were perfect and ready toSettle in with darkening shades and very comfortable beds! The pull out single bed in the love seat in the front living room was a helpful addition. The family room by the kitchen is very spacious and accommodating for a large family with an amazing entertainment options. The laundry room was amazing and huge to manage all needs and was stocked and ready to do a load of laundry with large capacity washer and dryer. Conveniently located just off the 2-car garage!
