With wifi and TV, this 135 m² villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (including 4 children). Nestling in a green setting on a quiet private estate, surrounded by maritime pines, it is the ideal place to spend an exceptional holiday with family or friends. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and an office.

The ground floor comprises an attractive 41 m² living room, a large fitted and equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a private en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and a relaxation room with a BZ sofa-bed that can accommodate an adult. Upstairs, you will find 2 double bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) and a work area, a bedroom with 1 single bed and a desk, and a final bedroom for children or teenagers with 2 pull-out single beds (4 single beds), two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath) and a separate toilet. There is a magnificent 1,000 m² garden with furniture and barbecue, and a 33 m² south-facing terrace to enjoy the fine weather.

As always with Cocoonr, your accommodation is ready to move into: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your booking. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided.
