We are located in the heart of Downtown Laurel, on the picturesque tree lined Euclid Ave. You’ll enjoy our newly renovated 800 square foot upstairs apartment located behind the main house. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action of Downtown Laurel and HGTV's Home Town. Come stay with us and experience some true southern hospitality.

The space
Enjoy the charming vintage decor and original oak hardwood floors. You will rest easy in a king size bed with a brand-new Nectar mattress. There is a large television with Xfinity Cable, Free WiFi, and even a vintage Atari Game system for your use. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience. We even have some games, cards and puzzles for you during your down time. You will also enjoy our complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate station.

Guest access
There is a one vehicle parking space located directly on the side of the building off the alley behind the main house. If you will be needing a second parking space, let us know ahead of time and we can make those arrangements for you.

We would stay here again, our room was nicely decorated and very clean!We appreciate the quiet area and prompt response when needing information.Parking is in the alley and was a little difficult to find but her husband was kind enough to come wait for us and show us where it was.Thank you for your Southern hospitality Monique!

Very cute! Super clean, comfy bed with good quality sheets, good quality towels, and good information about everything Laurel and Home Town. We walked to the downtown area from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

This stay was exactly what I needed for my trip to and from Kentucky to New Orleans. The space was tranquil and the book with where to find restaurants and activities while in Laurel was so helpful. I would recommend this space to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Laurel.

Charming little apartment. Great place to stay and enjoy the town. Comfortable bed. Stairs going up to are a little steep if you have trouble with climbing and balance. Nice to be able to have coffee in the mornings with the kerig.

Lovely, comfortable upstairs apartment in the downtown area. Dedicated parking spot, very walkable area for me and my pup, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Bonus - no long list of duties upon leaving! Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment definitely lived up to its name “cozy”. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The little balcony was a great place to enjoy our glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and close to downtown Laurel. The bed linens were soft and comfy. Our host communicated well and check in/out was very easy. We appreciated having a dedicated off street area to park. We would stay here again if we come back to Laurel.

Property was just as described in the listing - cute, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and an easy walk to/from downtown. I used the information from the host for a self-guided tour. I appreciated not having to spend my time on cleaning requirements before checkout (e.g., take out the trash).
