Villa Baguier Méditerranée: in the calm of nature, a stone's throw from the sea

Spacious, bright, recently renovated villa located in a listed and protected area close to the coast and amenities.
Immersed in greenery, you'll overlook a valley with terraced olive and pine trees, extending to the Mediterranean.
Peaceful setting, featuring a wide variety of Mediterranean species. In the evening, you can admire the pink light of the sunset over the valley's slopes.
Everything is on the same level: living room, terraces, and swimming pool. Large bay windows, including one with a sliding door, create an indoor-outdoor feel.

4 x 10 m swimming pool with alarm, cleaned twice a week.

Room Description:
On the ground floor:
- A large entrance hall
- A laundry room / pantry
- A separate toilet in the entrance hall with a washbasin
- A master suite with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a 180x200 double bed. - A large living area: living room, dining room, and open kitchen

Upstairs: all bedrooms have sea views
- 2 bedrooms with two 140x200 cm beds
- 1 bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed and a mezzanine with a 140x200 cm mattress
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilet

Living in the South means accepting that it can get hot: there's no air conditioning in the house; it's a choice we made out of environmental concerns and because we don't feel the need for it.
Being close to the sea, there's always plenty of airflow, and there are very few days in the summer when we suffer from the heat.
Fans also help ventilate the rooms at night.

An additional cleaning fee is required for stays of 15 days.

The villa is located on Baguier Hill, in a natural area, less than a 5-minute drive from the beach (2 km) and on the border with the Var department.
From the house, there are walks accessible, offering magnificent views of the Bay of Saint Cyr-sur-Mer on one side and the Bay of La Ciotat on the other. The beach is just a 20-30 minute walk down the hill, and there's a square with shops: a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, and a butcher.

The house is close to the Calanques National Park and many attractions (Cassis, Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, etc.).

Getting Around:
The villa is a 7-minute drive from the train station, allowing you to reach Marseille or Toulon in 30 minutes by train.
A motorway exit is easily accessible.
