First off, the property owner, Hilary is great at responding to communication. The property managers, Linda and Sean, are super at addressing concerns. The fire alarm in the upstairs master was beeping when we arrived. Sean came out and took it off the premises, so it did not disrupt our peace. As it was raining when we arrived, the pool was closed. We were prepared that we were going to need to open it the next morning. However, they sent out an individual who opened it up for us. How wonderful is that? The only major issue we had was the cleanliness of the environment, but when we stay somewhere I usually clean as a precaution. Although we left the premises cleaner than we found them, a deep cleaning would be helpful between every few guests. Honestly, maybe they do but the guests prior to us may have been particularly filthy and put dirty dishes back in the cabinets and dirty towels/potholders back in the drawers. I only pre and post washed the dishes we used but did wash all the kitchen towels/potholders. We were so grateful to have a washer/dryer on location. Because of the service and communication, we would stay here again. Thank you!
