Less than 1/4 mile (6 blocks) from Main St in quiet neighborhood. Private entrance with covered porch for morning coffee or afternoon "wine down." Separate fenced yard for the fur baby or play ball on the main lawn. Open concept living/dining with a fully stocked kitchenette. 2 relaxing recliners. Separate dining table with 2 chairs. Roku streaming TV with tons of channels. Comfy queen bed. Private bath has huge 3x5 shower with rainhead and plenty of extra towels tucked away in the vanity. And their is a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water:) Meet the owners out on the shared deck and make new friends... or enjoy your privacy... whatever you decide you will love this little charmer.

This was the best stay ever. So accomodating, the casita was beautiful. Fences area for our dog. Easy access, private and Tara was very nice and accomodating. Very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this Casita.

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect! Not only was it decorated beautifully, but the host left everything that you could possibly need for your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host, Tara, was amazing! She greeted us the minute we arrived and showed us around. The casita was perfect for our little weekend getaway to Fredericksburg. We brought both of our fur babies and the little side yard was perfect for them. Thank you, Tara for our sweet welcome letter and gifts. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Property was IMMACULATE! Loved the cozy feel as well as the decor. The hosts were AMAZING! Made our stay very memorable. Fredericksburg is a great town for many things, but when you top it off with such a great host and place to stay, it makes it a perfect weekend.

We really got lucky with our booking

We booked this fantastic Casita very last minute and only got the booking as a result of cancellation.The Casita was perfect and pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower is large easily accessible and full size to detail just one strong feature!Tara our host was a great communicator both via text, email and during our stay. She was kind enough to greet us on arrival and walk through the nuances of the Casita electronics.If you have pets then this is perfect for you with a secure gated designated pet area where they can do their business without concerns.I can't recommend this location more and should we return to Fredericksburg in the future this accommodation will be top of my list.Thank you Tara and Jeff!

Our get away

Amazing, had a really good time. The Casita was really nice and comfy. We liked that there is a special place for your pet to go and do its things. Also location could many be better, close to Main, where everything is. Would highly recommend.

Great location & host!

Very close to town adorable and great for two people decorated really pretty and warm and cozy host was very responsive to any questions and concerns and went out of her way to make us happy. Would definitely stay there again.
