Welcome to Bayville Escape! Look no further for your perfect beach condo home for your next Delaware / Ocean City Vacation! Our home includes 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. Just steps from the community pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, workout room and a short 9 minutes drive to the beach! Enjoy this wonderful family oriented private community but just minutes away to some amazing restaurants. Enjoy Bike riding, Kayaking, fishing and more all without leaving the community!!

We are currently new owners of this beautiful home so we have decided to let other people enjoy this Bayville Shores community as much as we have over the last 15 years, So this year we have decided to open our home up to special guests.

For over 20 years we have vacationed right here in Bayville Shores!! Why because its Absolutely Gorgeous and you can not beat all of the amenities that come along with this private community. The location is in a private setting but yet just a short drive to the beach and tons of wonderful restaurants. So if you are looking for a peaceful family fun vacation that is not in the busy areas but yet just a few minutes away, Look no more!! I'm certain that you will fall in love with this community!!

Our Unit is just Steps away from the pool, the gym, the playground and fishing pier. We purchased this property for the view and the convenience of just walking around the corner to the pool. and of course on Beach days its awesome to come back and take a dip in the pool. We are just a short 9 minutes to the Beach. Please feel free to ask any concerns or questions that you may have.
