This beautiful beach themed three-story townhome offers 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 2 single, 1 pull out couch - sleeps 8-10 adults), 3.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, with a spacious dining and living area. Enjoy outdoor seating on all three levels with a beautiful view of Bayville Lake. Take a walk through the community and watch the sunrise and set off the Assawoman Bay.
Guests have access to enjoy all the amenities at Bayville Shores with no additional cost, including the community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, children's playground, fitness center, biking and walking trails, boating and kayaking launch ramp to the bay.
Nearby Activities: Located only a few miles from Delaware and Maryland Beaches. Minutes away from local state parks that offer miles of scenic nature trails. There is plenty of additional nearby fun and entertainment including restaurants, miniature golf, go-karts, water sport rentals and shopping.

I have lived in Delaware my entire life and enjoy anything outdoors. I purchased this residence in 2021 to have a place for me and my family to escape reality and relax. Staying at the residence has brought so many good times and memories to all. A year after purchasing the home I decided to become a VRBO and Airbnb host in hopes of bringing joy and tranquility to other families.

Bayville is a private community that is quiet, safe and family friendly. The neighborhood provides scenic views of waterways including the Assawoman Bay. The neighborhood also provides multiple amenities allowing visitors to stay active. Only minutes away from Delaware/Maryland beaches, local activities and restaurants.
