Welcome to Perfect Paradise Condo at Bayfront Kontiki! Perfect for making memories while making merry! Stunning water view from both decks, plus easy private beach access - check! Boat launch, docks, fishing pier, pool, tennis - check! Gated parking for cars and water toys - check! WIFI, en suite baths, comfy beds - check! Bring your family & friends - there's room for all. Perfect Paradise offers 3 spacious bedrooms with connecting baths, which includes 2 master suites. Inviting and comfortable living area with plenty of seating and an awesome water view. Well-equipped kitchen overlooking the water. Whether you want an action packed vacay or a restful retreat, Perfect Paradise offers it all for the vacation of your dreams!

Weekend fishing trip

Great location steps away from the water, multiple places to fish from including private pier. Very clean and it was nice to have a restroom in every room. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions timely.

Great place! Very nice loved walking out of my balcony looking straight at the bay. We only stayed the wknd but wished we could stay longer. I will definitely be back!

Spring Break Getaway

The condo and surrounding area was great! We were able to use our boat and the little ones were able to play in the sand right outside our condo. The condo was very roomy with many small touches to make it like home. The only issue we had was with the listing of a hot tub on the premises. The hot tub was not a hot tub. The property manager informed us that it does not heat--it just bubbles. With spring break weather, we always plan to stay at a place with a swim area as well as a hot tub, so this was a very disappointing part of our trip. But now we know, and we thought the rest of the area was spectacular! We will definitely plan to stay again--maybe just not during our spring break getaway!

Great views

The property had great views of the bay. Very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated using the beach chairs. The property could use a little TLC/upkeep in some places.

From the moment I stepped inside of Perfect Paradise and saw the breath-taking water view, I knew this condo would make the perfect vacation spot for myself, my family and other vacationers. Who can resist the call of the water, just 30 feet from the rear deck! Plus, all the amenities offered by Bayfront Kontiki means that there's something for everyone. If you must leave the complex, Rockport has everything necessary for shopping and entertainment. And, it's accessible without having to cross the ferry! Perfect Paradise has room to house a large family or a group of friends with plenty of space and privacy for all. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Whether you want to cocoon in the complex or explore the area, or if you are working from a vacation home, Perfect Paradise is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
