We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 57 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 8 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a king size bed (180×200).
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (heated) of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual).
- A shaded terrace facing East, on the same level with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, shared with one of the cottages of 4×5m for each, separated by boxes of climbing plants.
- A large enclosed park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared with the other gîtes.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Hessenheim, in a very pleasant environment, away from the village in a bucolic setting on the edge of fields and forest. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Tourist sites : Europa Park and Rulantica at 25 mn, monkey mountain, eagles' aviary, city of Colmar (small Venice) at 25 mn...
- Sporting activities: fishing in the vicinity, Grand Ried - cross-border bicycle path at 500 m, kayaking in the vicinity, karting in Sélestat...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the property (capacity of 6 places).

- Nearest train station: Sélestat train station located about 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located about 25 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are accepted, on request and for an extra charge of 15€. There are dogs on the property, so pets must be on a leash in the park.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Two problems: animal hair scattered around (cats and dogs are allowed); the heating of the apartment was poor - during the winter it can cause some problem to those who love warm home feeling.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub im Elsass

Nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf einem großzügigen Grundstück, bequem für zwei Personen, freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter. Die Kücheneinrichtung und -ausstattung ist zwar nichts für ambitionierte Hobby-Köche, reicht aber für einen Kurzurlaub völlig aus. Die Rue d'Artolsheim ist allerdings sehr stark befahren, daher ist es nicht eben ruhig dort. Hat uns weniger gestört, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schöner großer Garten, Haus mit Flair, leider mit Mängeln

Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gartengrundstück war groß und es gab viele alte und große Bäume, die wunderbaren Schatten spendeten. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und es gab genügend Sonnenliegen. Von der Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Dennoch können wir die anderen sehr positiven Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Sie spiegeln nicht den wirklichen Zustand wider, sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Das Haus hat ein schönes Flair, liegt aber direkt an einer befahrenen Hauptstrasse, so dass die Autos am Fenster vorbeifahren, wovon in der Beschreibung nichts zu lesen ist. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, aber dennoch war der Verkehr störend und wir haben deshalb die Fenster nur selten geöffnet. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war die Sauberkeit. Die Terrasse war im Gegensatz zu den Bildern sehr unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. Auch die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber geputzt, alter Staubdreck auf Kabeln und es roch muffig, nach Feuchtigkeit, weshalb ein Raumdeodorant aufgestellt war. Auf den Bildern war die Wohnung professionell ausgeleuchtet. Schade drum, eigentlich alles schön, aber man könnte mehr daraus machen.

Rose Hallo. Wir haben in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft unseren kleinen Kurzurlaub verlebt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement hat eine schöne Terrasse, welche man sich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem haben wir sehr den Pool genossen und konnten den Morgen mit Schwimmen beginnen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Sie wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück und helfen bei Fragen gerne weiter. Von Vorteil ist es dort mit dem Auto zu sein...dann gibt es eine wunderbare Vielzahl von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Alles recht nah und einfach zu erreichen. Danke für die sehr schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Wir können das Appartement weiter empfehlen! Liebe Grüße!

Rose Travaux sur toiture à 8h du matin (un camion, moteur allumé, s’attelait à ôter la mousse donc beaucoup de bruit) devant la fenêtre de la chambre malgré des double fenêtre ; gîte en bordure de nationale très passante. Sols sales, odeurs entêtantes de nombreux pot-pourris, lit et canapé-lit peu confortables avec un seul oreiller plat par personne, linge de toilette d’une propreté douteuse (un cheveu crépu dans une serviette soi disant propre) vacarme des jardiniers sur la terrasse devant le gîte de bon matin, propriétaire absente lors de notre départ elle ne s’est pas inquiétée du déroulé du séjour, moquette sale (poussière partout) tétine enfant et col de doudoune en fausse fourrure retrouvée derrière les meubles, aucune petite attention qui donne encore plus envie de revenir (pas de gel douche, lave main, 3 pauvres tisanes de chez Lidl, …) par contre une nuée de pères Noel. Nous avons été déçus et trouvé le prix pas à la hauteur de la prestation ! Photos/video

L'accueil est sympathique et les propriétaires réagissent vite en cas de problème.Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Les commerces sont proches. Un beau potentiel aux beaux jours (Parc,piscine). Le fait d'accepter les animaux est évidemment intéressant pour les propriétaires d'amis à 4 pattes."
