Welcome to our Scenic Canyon 4-Bed Retreat in the heart of Box Canyon, West Hills!

This architectural canyon home offers panoramic views, hiking trails literally from the front door, full solar power, and a peaceful setting just minutes from LA restaurants and conveniences. Perfect for families or quiet professionals seeking a premium escape — longer stays welcome.

Sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms.

**The Home**
Step inside this solar-powered sanctuary surrounded by dramatic rock formations and nature. Canyon views from almost every room, vaulted ceilings, and a layout designed for comfort and privacy.

**Guest Access**
You have exclusive private use of the entire main house — all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, hot tub, BBQ patio, and backyard fruit garden.

A tenant lives privately in the separate on-site ADU (completely separate entrance, no shared walls or access). The tenant does not enter the main house or use any guest outdoor areas during your stay.

**Interaction with Hosts**
We live off-site and reply to messages within 1 hour.

• Quiet residential neighborhood — no parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Trash & recycling handled by our cleaning team
• Exterior cameras only (for your safety)

We definitely do have hot water in all the showers it just takes a little time to reach the 3rd floor. You should have contacted us and we could have explained that to you. A little patience is all that’s required.

This house seemed like it is used for coming purposes and there were moldy buns in the pantry.

That is absolutely not true and we have no idea where the guest got that impression. As far as the food in the pantry, thanks for bringing that to our attention as a previous guest had left it and our cleaning staff missed it. it has been thoroughly cleaned since and there is nothing in the pantry that is not completely sealed. Thanks.

Great location and nice facilities. Some areas need some maintenance and showed some wear and tear. Owners were responsive. Could benefit from a house book of instructions and a few amenities. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Beyond Amazing Stay

The house was INCREDIBLE. INCREDIBLE. It had everything we could ever need. The Jacuzzi was extremely relaxing and amazing. The house was immaculate and well prepared, had such cool ambient lighting which really brought everything together. The host was extremely understanding and patient and such a kind person. What a superb experience. GET THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!

Could have been better equipped

The location and size of the property was perfect for our family, however the property was being cleaned up to the time of check-in (which originally was 3 pm and moved to 4 pm to accommodate cleaning). The "fully stocked" kitchen was poorly appointed making meal prep difficult; i spent as much time, or more, scrubbing cookware as I did actually preparing meals. For a party of 7, the property contained 2 towels, etc. The smell of Marijuana in the house and coming from the downstairs/basement was strong. I've stayed at many Air B&B/ Vrbo locations, and this one was definitely not conducive to a comfortable stay.

I’m sorry you found the kitchen poorly stocked. We have a full set of cookware, pots and pans, utensils and dishes. If there was anything you needed you could have contacted us and we would have supplied it. Next time reach out and say something so hosts can better accommodate you.

Hollywood vibe at it's best!

This home has a modern "Hollywood" glamour vibe to it. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Our group of 5 adults were in town for ten days to record an album at a local studio. This home suited our needs perfectly with 4 separate bedroom spaces with potential to share in all rooms. We loved the open concept living room with the tall windows daytime and night, which made for a nice comfy atmosphere to sit as a group to relax, socialize and play music. You can go out onto the balcony where you will enjoy the views and the garden, sit and have a coffee and pick a fresh orange or lemon to eat. The area is gorgeous up higher in the canyon area. It's a quiet street a short drive away from all amenities, shops and great restaurants. Our host Allan was beyond excellent. Allan is a cool guy. He is responsive, accommodating, thorough, respectful and very helpful when I asked him for extra linens, towels, pots and even a crock pot! This accommodation is an excellent choice, and you will surely enjoy your stay.

Everything as expected

Everything was as expected and appreciated home owners quick responses to questions. Amenities were as expected and up to date. Beds were all comfortable with plenty of room for 8. House was clean and felt like it has been taken care off.

Hip Home in Eclectic Neighborhood

Wanted to stay close to Universal Studios Hollywood without being in a hotel or cramped house on a busy street. We found this property to be very spacious for seven people and enjoyed the comfortable beds, fruit trees, hot tub, and cool decorations, including some very awesome and unique lamps throughout. Take some time to drive to the north and check out the rest of the area—an array of eclectic homes—all different and unique!

Pretty cool place.

The “orchard” is definitely underrated. We made delicious fresh lemonade. The pantry was well stocked. The área is beautiful. Simply delightful. The host was delightful and responsive! We would stay there again.
