Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Disappointed stay this time

Had many issue the whole stay. It was to the point it was ridiculous almost not enjoyable roaches, a/c issue, smokers next store making it not able to go out on the balcony until those people where moved but Lori did the best she could to fix the issues

A Great view and location but it needs improvements.

We liked the room, location, and the garage. The unit was pretty clean. A few doors wouldn’t close properly. A light was out. The furniture was grungy and not very nice. The one Pool on the 5th floor was closed. The other pools were too cold to swim in. Had I known this before hand, I probably won’t have booked it. Overall, I don’t think I will book this place again.

Do not recommend.

My family and I were extremely disappointed for plenty of reasons. 1.) The furniture was stained and outdated. 2.) The room was not cleaned properly. 3.) There was no dial tone on the phone available. We had to hunt the staff down in order to get more towels and bath cloths, as we were a party of 10. 4.) There were a lot of people with small cars parking in the front where it specifies that it’s for “tall cars only.” With the facility not having a main office and little to no supervision there is huge lack of support.

Upon entry the door was extremely old and worn out Who ever cleaned the condo. Used a dirty rag and all counter tops and tables had dirty shrinks everywhere The vents where dripping water so my daughter fall down because the floor was covered in water The worst part was the furniture was stained It was large big stains covering all the furniture in the living room The remote control for the tv did not work properly And when I called to complain. I was told I could get a refund. Without offering a replacement knowing my family was hours away from home. It also smelled like mole. Black mole was around the vents We always stay at this property. This was the first issue of many years. Customer service is horrible also. I do not recommend. Ph09 I also asked to speak with manager she never called ! I asked for sheets to cover dirty furniture never came.

We are committed to providing an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all of our guests and we regret this was not the case at this time. Please know that a professional cleaning company cleaned the furniture recently but we are actively working with the homeowner in replacing the living room furniture. The TV remote issues were addressed. Our housekeeping team went to the unit with sheets and items per your request. Vents were leaking due to condensation from the AC being on and the balcony doors being open, we advice guests to reach out for detailed instructions if needed. Our maintenance team addressed the leaking vents and mildew the day after check-in. We hope to have the opportunity to host you for a worry-free getaway in the future!

Stunning view!

My family and I stayed in PH09 which is a corner penthouse, 3BD 3BA. Absolutely stunning view but the room had not been completely cleaned when we got there despite being over an hour late for check in. Although it had been remedied in about an hour, later that night we realized the corners of the showers had black scum/mold. Other than that, the room was fairly clean. Definitely needs new furniture but we didn't sit much. As far as the property itself it was maintained well but despite it being a smoke free facility people smoked anyways. They should have security patrolling. I would definitely stay again just for the view.

Great Views and Oceanfront

Very close to the beach and area’s we frequent at Myrtle Beach. Most of the beds were very comfortable. Very minimal items in the kitchen, so bring or pick up extra garbage bags, sponge and any foil, plastic wrap etc. There is a hair dryer in bathroom, no sheets for the sofa bed, but plenty of pillows. The ground floor pool was only one open and elevators were vey slow during check in, but improved the next day. Would stay again.

A small review

Room was already opened before we got there. No parking passes were left and we didn’t see the rest bands for the pool until closing time; because they were left hidden under the counter. Overall it was okay but could’ve been better for the price.
