Welcome to our fully renovated vacation home, located in a quiet and peaceful setting, just a 2-minute walk from the Loire River, 10 minutes from the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, and 1 minute from a small gourmet restaurant.
We are delighted to announce that our property has just been awarded a 3-star rating.

The house features 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (sheets and towels are provided) to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Two bathrooms are also available for your convenience.

You’ll appreciate the spacious living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, kitchen counter, wine cooler, stove, gas range, etc.)
The house also features a fenced-in outdoor garden where you can relax, eat, and sunbathe. An in-ground spa is also available for you to unwind after a day of sightseeing or activities.

Please note that this is a smoke-free property and pets are not allowed.
Parking spaces are available right in front of the cottage.

Shops are located near the house for your daily needs. In addition, the region offers numerous attractions and activities for all ages and tastes, such as castles, vineyards, bike rentals, cycling along the Loire River, boat tours, and much more.
