Summary:

Come and discover this lovely family home, freshly renovated, spanning 180m² and located 700m from a magnificent fine sand beach. Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.



The Space:

Before entering this house located in a quiet area, discover a large garden equipped with a spacious terrace.



Inside, you access a large, bright living room consisting of a living-dining area, dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen.

The ground floor is also composed of 2 separate toilets, 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 for one bedroom and 140x190 in the other) and a bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub.

The first floor consists of 3 beautiful double bedrooms, one bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 160x200 beds that can be split into 2 beds of 80x200. The first floor also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom equipped with a baby bed.



The house is located in a small peaceful hamlet, less than 10 minutes from all amenities. You can access the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes. Less than 5 minutes away are the lovely port of Portsall and magnificent fine sandy beaches.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!



Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.

Très agréable pour un week-end.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour un week-end entre amis. Terrasse au soleil. Le logement n'est pas entièrement rénové mais la pièce à vivre et les chambres sont agréables avec un plus pour les lits faits à l'arrivée. Nous y avons passé un agréable moment et espérons y séjourner de nouveau. Les baies vitrées sont un peu vétustes, elles ne coulissent pas très bien.

Globalement conforme à nos attentes. Ce qui n'était pas conforme à la description des lieux : - pas de torchons de cuisine - pas de sèche linge- le lit bébé n'a pas de "vrai" matelas- pas la possibilité d'utiliser la baignoire pour les enfants, car pas de bonde pour fermer la baignoire. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir accéder à la location avant 17HNous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour.

L’espace des pièces communes: ok. La taille de toutes les pièces : ok. Maison très équipée : - dans la cuisine : vaisselle, ustensiles, petite épicerie Séjour : confortable et meublé proportionnellement au nombre d’hôtes - jeux : adultes et enfants Literie: neuve et confortable. Environnement tranquille. Situation idéale pour visiter l’ouest de l’ouest. Les fenêtres ne sont pas faciles à ouvrir. Manque d’isolation sur le mur de la chambre du Rez de chaussée qui jouxte le séjour.

Fijne familievakantie

Een heel leuk verblijf. Woning is netjes, ruim en praktisch. Keuken is goed ingericht. Voldoende borden, glazen, bestek, grote oven... 2 badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten. Kamers zijn ruim. Goede bedden. Fijn dat de lakens aanwezig zijn. Er is ook een reisbedje en heel wat speelgoed voor de kindjes. Ruime tuin om in te spelen. Een kwartiertje wandelen langs smalle straatjes en je staat op een prachtig klein strandje. Ideaal voor een familievakantie met verschillende generaties en kleine kindjes. Als je op zoek bent naar een huisje vol charme en authentieke elementen, is dit niet wat je zoekt. Maar voor ons was het wel een heel fijne uitvalsbasis om vele strandjes te bezoeken.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3j en famille dans cette grande maison très fonctionnelle pour un groupe de 10. Grande pièce de vie, salon, salle à manger avec très grande table, cuisine ouverte très spacieuse et très bien équipée Un seul bémol, le lave vaisselle était en panne et a été remplacé la veille de notre départ , ainsi que l’absence de transats et parasols pour profiter de la grande terrasse en plein soleil . Le reste était parfait
