You will be able to enjoy a very large enclosed and wooded garden that has its own access to the Aber, it is an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddle outing! You will also be able to enjoy the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for meals with family or friends. And the highlight of these exteriors is the spa heated to 29 degrees all year round.



Inside, you can enjoy a vast living room which also has a beautiful view of the aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking good meals. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful master suite with its queen-size bed in 160x200 and its shower room as well as a second spacious and nicely decorated master suite with its king-size bed in 180x200 and its bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor, you will find a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms. These rooms are all equipped with 2 double beds, one room has a bed in 140x190 and the other two have beds in 160x200. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this floor.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
