Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of the inconvenience you faced on arrival. Just to clarify, following on from the booking process, we send our customers two documents. The first, is the invoice, with confirmation of payment and a description of facilities included within the chosen property. The second, is the voucher with details of the exact location of the property and the address for the key pick up. For this holiday home key pick up is handled by our local team until 7pm. After this time the keys will be placed into the key safe and the code provided to you. Please don't forget you can contact our local colleagues anytime to inform them of your arrival time or help solve any confusion faced on arrival. We really hope to see you back with us again soon.
